Rachel asked for just a few details - then identified what my problem was - I'd been using a fast charger for my revival petite 2. I've had it a while but it made no difference to her - she just sorted it out. Thanks Rachel.

What a great company. Their products are outstanding and will last a lifetime with care. Delivery is very fast and very securely packed. I have many of their products from radios to turntables. Superb quality and amazing sound.

This is an excellent radio. Sound is brilliant, for speech and music.

I posted my Roberts Radio for repair with pre-paid label and it was returned about a week later as good as new. I then discovered I had mislaid my instructions to re-tune and a download version was sent within hours. First class and professional service. No hesitation to recommend.

Absolute trash. Bought 2 high end blutune radios at the same time for different rooms. Had nothing but bother with with them. On board buttons failing, remotes failing and terribly designed, small buttons. Internal soldered on fuses blowing rendering them scrap. So why do you put a 2A fuse on the PCB and a 3A fuse in the plug??? Designed to Fail. Both failed at the same time and had little and occasional use. Never again Roberts

I have had my Roberts Stream 94i internet radio for 8 years now and I had problems with my wifi extenders this past week with the heat and decided to factory reset which I did and then couldn't get back into my internet radio. I called Roberts and they answered the landline phone immediately and I was helped through the entire process to get my radio working again (I didn't realise I needed to turn off all extenders when resetting wifi). The lady was so patient and it probably took 15 minutes at least as I was running through the house following her instructions and she then waited while I ensured I could connect to the Airable system... She was simply marvellous and it is because of service like this that I will buy another Roberts radio if this one ever dies... I had my previous Roberts for over 20 years and it didn't die, but it was pre internet and I wanted internet radio... there are lots of new brands out there with all the bells and whistles, but I somehow don't think their customer service could equal that of Roberts Radio. Thanks again!!!

We bought a Roberts Revival radio in dark green a few years ago. The outer green cover started to peel badly all over the radio, showing that it is only a very thin top cover.
I contacted the company, with accompanying photographs and was told they had no idea why this was the case and could only offer a derisory discount on a new radio that I shouldn't need to buy anyway.
The CEO does not respond to emails personally and is repeatedly "out of the country".
Having looked at other Trustpilot reviews for this company, it would seem this has been an issue for other Roberts' owners.
We still have four other Roberts radios, but once they no longer work, I will not buy another.
Please be warned...this company's reputation may have been previously built on quality, but that is no longer present in my experience and the customer service is very poor. Avoid.

I am giving 2 stars because the radio looks really nice and when you get it working it sounds very nice. I just want to say that I have never received such appalling instructions in all my years. Some horrible tiny black printing on a brown piece of cardboard. Would you believe really it’s true. No one minds retro but oh my goodness I think we did better than that more than a century ago. Then the task of finding the full instructions. THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON THE ROBERTS SITE OR ANYWHERE ELSE. This is a ridiculous situation for such a well-known brand. I will never buy another Roberts product and I would never recommend it to anyone. STUPID IS AS STUPID DOES AND THIS IS STUPID

Just bought a “refurbished” Roberts.
It turns itself off, every 10 minutes.
I’ve been through the whole process, the whole technical support thing.
I’m brain damaged.i have no technology in my house.
I listen to DAB radio.
No broadband, no freezer, no TV. A simple life.
I bought what I thought was the Ferrari of radios. It doesn’t work.
I’ve now bought a £20 quid radio from Asda.
I’ve been ripped off for over £100. I’ve no idea how to return it.
Absolutely sick of being ripped off.

Repair no 112297 rambler uno given to me for my 74th birthday December 12 2025 by my brother Chris in his 80’s returned April 2026
My initial payment was £55:00
I expected on receipt and check by engineer I would receive a perfect uno and be reimbursed the £55:00 payment or voucher for Roberts products as the uno was under warranty and very little use
I explained to your colleague it would not be possible to ask my brother for proof of purchase, in his 80’s he would be extremely concerned that I had a faulty product made by Roberts given for a special birthday.
I have in the last purchased through John Lewis and Roberts Amazon site Rambler maxi ,classic midi as well as revival models as well as the superb Reva !
I have not posted any negative reviews / feedback as I’m sure a renowned quality British company will resolve this issue asap!
Currently I’m using the uno on main s and battery to test reliability! There is a slight smell which I hope is temporary?

I’ve a Roberts Revival Uno BT. Looks good and when it works it sounds good. But it keeps losing signal. Doesn’t matter where in the house it is placed. Had the first purchase replaced. Second one is no better. In comparison my Pure radio doesn’t have this problem. Beware.

Retro radio one of the best purchases ever. Full digital and yet feels amazing . Like a classic Rolls Royce

So I have a Roberts revival Istream 3L internet Radio that was working as should but I forgot some cheap battery's that leaked and this caused ingress into the works of the radio and stopped working only showing a white screen flashing between the Roberts logo and the Bluetooth light blinking as well as none of the buttons worked I thought that was the end for it Luckily Roberts do a repair service I phoned them up arranged the posting as required through a local shop could not have been simpler 10 working days later it was posted back all working with new parts only thing was The next day the error came back as before fearing the worst I looked at the engineers report one thing I noticed that it said I had a generic 12v power supply so I changed it and it worked straight away no problems no errors To be fair I've had power supply's go on the blink before on a Pure make
So I'm very happy with the repair service £65 but better than £200 new

I sent an request for information regarding their products. They acknowledged receipt and stated they would reply within 2 days. They never bothered to reply to the query. As can be seen from their Trustpilot reviews they never respond to any reviews. This is shocking and clearly shows their attitude to customers. Will never look at their products again. Customer service is a disgrace.

Ordered a spare part from Roberts Radio Technical and they delivered it to my billing address which is 100 miles away from the delivery address. It's going to cost me the price of the item again in fuel to retrieve, let alone the time and effort...and that's if it has not been already stolen from the grounds of the property if left behind the bin or near the porch.

I bought a replacement aerial for a Roberts radio.
Roberts charged me £13.86. An identical aerial costs £3.99 on Amazon.
The aerial is fine but vastly overpriced.

Just put the phone down after calling Roberts support line. Wow, what a customer service! The guy (forgot to ask his name) was patient and knowledgeable and we managed to sort the problem which had caused my six year old Stream 94i to stop working. In these days of awful customer service Roberts shines out. Well worth the money, great products and outstanding customer support.

I have a Robert’s radio from the 70’s, my uncles, still sounds great and so does the Revival I have just purchased. Same build quality and excellent sound, with a very clear clock in a small package that easily fits on my bedside cabinet. Yes it’s a bit more expensive than many similar clock radios but with the Revival you get a beautiful device that I’m sure will last a very long time. Thank you Roberts

Roberts? Never again!

First of all, the battery: I remember some old portable radios that could last several months with a set of batteries, with a daily use of several hours.
Roberts? Last barely one day, and with the radio in sleep mode.

And, in addition, for an unknown reason, from time to time, it get stuck looking for radio station on internet. You have to wait at least one minute to to be tuned!

Sound quality? It could be worse but it should be better for the price.

Honestly, for the price, it's no a good deal...

RD70’s volume control dial failed after 4 years. Just another product with in-built obsolescence! Profit over functionality; buy one too if you want to lose your money.
