We're an independent small family Wine Merchant in the United Kingdom. Started by David Robertson, a 40 year veteran of the wine trade, and his son Jamie. Our passion drives us to find those gems that do not cost you an arm and a leg. While providing a service to our customers that is far more personable and grounded than any large company with shareholders can offer.

Recently discovered online wine store, with free local delivery, by the owner which was a pleasant surprise. Would like to see the range grow a little, but thanks for the great customer service, will order again.

Our range is expected to grow in the coming couple of months actually however the new entries usually replace the wines that are not selling so our general stock level does not need to increase. Exactly what I wanted and at a good price.
They had the particular wine I wanted and at a very good price. The website was easy to use and communication with them was good- I was kept informed but not bombarded with a dozen emails about packing, dispatch and delivery.

Struggled with the tracking process via shop and so was expecting delivery as per charge within 48 hours but actually arrived on day three.

Hi Jamie. We don't promise delivery within 48 hours. In checkout, on the 48 hour option it says it is delivered within 48 hours of us dispatching it. We always aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days but this sometimes can fall behind for many reasons with us being a small family business. Thanks for the feedback!

Great service and ordered numerous times, can't fault them at all. Prompt delivery within a few days and personal delivery service as live within the area they deliver to.
