Habe mich fuer das 7 Tage Probe Abo angemeldet und am naechsten Tag und am Tag darauf an die Email von diesen Ben geschrieben, ich will das nicht und er soll mich da zurueck treten lassen.
Der reagiert nicht drauf!!!
Was soll ich nun tun damit er nicht weiter mein Konto belastet?
Diese Seite ist einfach nur Muell

Habe heute endlich Antwort bekommen und mir soll das Geld retourniert werden und mein Account wird geloescht.

Glad I signed up

Recently divorced after being together for 20 years. Started dating before online dating was a thing so I wanted help on getting back out there. I wanted advice & help for creating a profile that would be successful, I figured it was an investment in myself and it helped me match with some really great women. I had a technical issue along the way and the customer service was really helpful as well. Definitely would recommend if you're on the fence about signing up

Abo Falle

Wirbt mit Profilanalyse, um Verbesserungen vorzuschlagen, doch nach der ersten Zahlung ist plötzlich alles auf Englisch und man erhält lediglich E-Books auf Englisch. Kontaktversuche bleiben unbeantwortet. Zusätzlich handelt es sich um eine Abofalle: Obwohl auf der Landingpage "one-time payment" steht, wird einfach ein Abo abgebucht. Als ich über die Webseite erneut Kontakt aufnahm und Interesse vortäuschte, erhielt ich sofort eine Antwort. Auf Fragen wie "Ist es ein Abo?", "Gibt es eine Geld-zurück-Garantie?" und "Was bedeutet 'one-time payment'?" lautete die Antwort: "You are able to test out the free trial for 7 days and then decide if you want to subscribe." Bei PayPal habe ich einen Konflikt eröffnet und vorerst kein Recht bekommen, obwohl es meine "Entscheidung" sein soll, ein Abo auszuwählen. Bei mir wurden jedoch einfach zweimal 29 € schon abgebucht.

ich hatte 3 Mails an Ihre genannte Adresse gesendet und auch dort die Kündigung "angefordert", Screensots sind vorhanden. Somit war kein Kundenservice Ihrerseits vorhanden!

Lackluster results

The first photoshoot unfortunately didn't turn out optimal/as expected in my particular case, i got a partial refund due to this. None of the pictures were really outstanding imo.

Edit: Second photoshoot (with different parameters) turned out even way worse, not a single truly usable picture in there. I asked for a 80% refund due to this but they would only give me 50% off, had to file a dispute with the payment processor and got the rest of it back. Very dissapointing, there are way better AI headshot providers out there.
