Really liked several (6-7) images. Wished that of the 40 included, I would’ve liked even more. Still, very happy with what I got. Have received more “likes” in one week that I have in 3 months!

Some of the pictures are quite good maybe 60% the other 40% not so good. I look at it old skinny not my belt and one of the pictures had two heads on it.

Unrecognized ROAST PRO subscription – €638 charged

On August 27, 2026, I discovered that I had an active ROAST PRO subscription costing €29 per month, apparently dating back to November 2, 2024.

I do not remember ever knowingly subscribing to this service. In the meantime, my card was charged €29 every month, for a total of 22 charges amounting to €638.

After the initial emails related to my use of ROAST, I received no further emails from ROAST for approximately two years reminding me that I had an active subscription, informing me about renewals, or otherwise drawing my attention to these recurring charges. As a result, I was not aware that I had an active subscription and did not use the service during this period.

I contacted ROAST asking them to explain when and how the subscription had been authorized and requesting a refund of the charges.

Their response was that I had used ROAST in the past to optimize a dating profile and that, as a gesture of goodwill, they would refund only the last three months. However, they did not provide any explanation as to when or how the recurring €29/month subscription had actually been authorized.

I replied asking again for this information and pointed out that, as far as I can tell, I had not used the service at all during the past two years. After a further 24 hours, I still received no response.

In the meantime, I have opened a formal dispute with my bank.

I find it very concerning to discover, almost two years later, that I had been paying €29 every month for a service I was not aware I was subscribed to. I expected at the very least a clear explanation of how the subscription was authorized, transparent communication about the recurring charges, and a proper response to my refund request.

I am updating this review to reflect ROAST's response. Regarding the activity they mention in August 2026, this was simply my logging into the account after discovering the unexpected recurring charges. I did not use the service, generate or edit a bio, or perform any other activity on the account; the only action I took was to investigate the account and cancel the subscription the following day. ROAST should have full records showing that there was no activity on the account for the preceding two years, which is precisely why I was unaware that the subscription was still active.

I appreciate the partial refund, but I still believe that a full explanation of the original subscription authorization and a full refund of the remaining charges are warranted.

I will therefore continue the formal dispute with my bank regarding the remaining charges. I will update this review again once the dispute has been resolved, so that the full outcome of this case is available to other customers and may serve as useful information for anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation in the future.

it is good, creates nice realistic photos, most of them look like me, but some could be a little better. Overall great quality.

The quality is great, easy to use the website. It's price is normal, could be cheaper though.
