Some really great products, quick delivery with reminder emails when your subscription is due to be charged, and great customer service
Honestly, I wish I had checked the reviews before jumping in and buying their starter pack for £33. Definitely a rip-off if you ask me. I started with their pork bar, which was literally horrendous —... Se mer

Roam is a real food first nutrition brand that started because we were sick of all the fake "health foods" that were on offer when we needed a high protein snack on-the-go. We make high-protein, natural snacks with nothing artificial added to our bars & bites. We wanted high protein, and we wanted all natural, but we didn’t want the weird ingredients that sounded like they should be in a lab, hazardous artificial preservatives, and the inconvenience of refrigeration. Since launching in January 2022 we have been building a loyal community of functional health leaders, biohackers, athletes and adventurers. Each and every one of them, passionate about the power of real food.

Great flavour and customer service, Bars are just too dry to eat and chew
Flavour and customer service is great. I got a box of the chilli beef, and it is really tasty with a great chilli kick that is spicier than you think. The Bars themselves are just too dry for my liking. They are very hard to eat without any water, and really dry your mouth out. This is probably due to the added protein in them. If they could fix this to make the bars more succulent and juicy, this would easily be a 5 out of 5. They are still very much worth trying though, as the flavour and taste are amazing. The customer service team are great to deal with over email too. Very helpful

A no-nonsense review for our no-nonsense products - Love It L.
Thank you for the kind words 🙌
Products are only 70% meat in some cases
Products aren’t 100% meat, some are as low as 70%. Remainder of protein is made up by whey protein concentrate which leads to an extremely dry, powdery texture. Not even made with British meat. Overpriced, poor quality, would not recommend. Stick to protein bars or jerky for a fraction of the price.

Hi N,
Thank you for your recent order with us, and sorry that you feel the products were up to standard.
Just to reiterate, our products are made up of 5-6 natural ingredients, which then contribute to the bar %. The bars that are around the 75% beef mark contain hazelnuts (7.4%), apricots (7.2%), salt, whey & chicory root. So that is why the bar isn't 100% beef.
On the pricing issue, we cannot compete with synthetic lab-made bars & don't intend to; we use real ingredients with beef sourced from some fantastic EU farms, and these ultimately cost more. You'll also find we are cheaper or on par per 'g' than most jerky bags of 25g. Not to mention, we are usually higher in protein & lower in kcal.
We are & will continue to improve our recipe and products, & hope to see you back as a customer in the future.

Hey M, thank you for the kind words. We're looking forward to supporting your health journey with high-quality protein snacks 👊
Great customer support – they made it right
I’ve been a long-term ROAM customer and generally love the product. I recently discovered that a Black Friday order I placed had a much shorter best-before window than I expected (I only noticed because my wife happened to point it out).
I reached out to support and they handled it in a really fair, human way: quick replies, no defensiveness, and they immediately focused on a practical solution. They explained what happened, offered a replacement care package, and when I mentioned I don’t eat pork/turkey, they adjusted the solution by adding extra single beef bars so I’m not left at a loss and I can gift the rest.
Stuff like this is exactly why I keep coming back. Appreciate the way they treated a loyal customer and I’ll continue recommending ROAM.

Got it what's promised
Got it what's promised, dry healthier quick food with simple ingredients packed with protein without sweets. Good deal for me as I just can't drink protein drinks and don't want to eat a lot of sugar.

Good company
Good company! Have been the customer since from the start! Tasty, healthy protein bars and bites. No nasties added which is very important for me. My favourites are chilli bites and a turkey bar. Very fast delivery. Would have given 5* but the bites/bars are very dry and hard to chew. Lots of water needed when eating one. Also bites bags are not resealable.

Great product, Great customer service
As a regular purchaser of Roam products - the best clean high protein hit I have found - I had an issue with a voucher code I had. But after a simple email to Roam this was sorted by return. No fuss just problem resolution. A great company with great products.

Love the concept
Love the concept, hate the taste. These would probably taste so much better if they weren’t so dry. It’s so dry I couldn’t believe you were able to get the product this much hype. Definitely good marketing. I wanted to love these however really couldn’t even get the first bite down. Please work on the formula because it would be great to have a product like this that’s clean to grab on the go.

Hi Jordan,
Thanks for your honest feedback. We totally understand that our products won’t be for everyone, & while we have had over 40,000 happy customers, we offer a money-back guarantee on first orders, so there’s no risk in giving us a try.
Our bars are made with just 5–6 natural ingredients and no artificial flavours or sweeteners, which makes them quite different from typical protein snacks, and not always to everyone's taste.
Regarding the subscription: we do our best to clearly show both one-time and subscription options on our product pages, but we’ll take a closer look at how we can make this even clearer. It's also worth noting that send a notification 3 days prior to any subscription order for customers to amend any subscriptions they hold.
We also cancelled and fully refunded your second (subscription) order as soon as you reached out, and we hope that helped resolve things quickly on your end.
Thanks again for giving Roam a go and for taking the time to share your experience.
super product

I think these are an acquired taste
I think these are an acquired taste. I thought they were dry and awful tasting... Almost plastic like and had to give them all away. Could not get used to the taste at all. The people I gave them to who were body builders and used to consuming a lot of whey protein... They liked them.
