We returned to Roamer for build advice, having had one of their batteries, which we have been really happy with even after a cell died and they replaced it straight away.

The full install advice has been great so far, simple call, open advice and lots of helpful emails back and forth to get to the full answer and their advice for what we need. Totally recommend.

I ordered during the January promotion and received a confirmation which mentioned express delivery. What it didn’t mention was that the battery hadn’t yet been made and delivery from China would take two months.
I think that’s misleading and the delay was very unhelpful.

Nice when you come across a company who really cares about what they're doing! I've been in touch with them for various bits of advice regarding choice and installation of my Roamer battery, and without fail, everyone has been really friendly and helpful, willing to spend the time regardless of how seemingly trivial the question is.

There was difficulty getting my order shipped but the team worked with me to get the order shipped through an alternative courier. Item is exactly as described and follow up on one technical query was prompt.

I'm new at this off grid Technology & been looking for about a year googling none stop Roamer was the company that kept coming back very friendly I now have two Roamer 12 v lithium batteries from the start keep asking questions they so so helpful and the Tech man Elliott helped me out I kept contacting him over and over he was so patient with me

The batteries are excellent, I have only been testing my 230S MART3 230ha battery for a
few weeks, but the results are very promising.
I ran our oil fired central heating system which is also our water heater for 12 hours during the night pending a threatened power cut, (which never happened), through a 3000 w Inverter, the battery still had 55% charge 12 hours later. The heating was set to 17 degrees during the night with an outside temperature of - minus 6 degrees.
I have purchased a 320SMART3 which I will install in the next few weeks.
The 230S MART3 230ha battery is connected to 2 400w solar panels, a Victron MPPT 100/50 solar controller and a 3000w inverter to run off grid, as we do have quite a lot of power cuts.
The 320SMART3 battery will be connected to a duplicate system as the 230S MART3, connected to 2 400w solar panels, a Victron MPPT 100/50 solar controller and a 3000w inverter to run off grid.
I know not the most efficient way to connect things but,
I purchased all my part over the last 18 months in bits, while learning about solar systems.
If I had known about Roamer before I started my journey, I would have taken their advice.

Roamer very helpful in arranging dispatch ASAP to Inverness where local courier collected and delivered next day to me on Isle of Harris for just £13. Gave me time to fit into new motorhome before departure to mainland Europe a few days later.
Easily fitted under seat in Fiat Ducato with minor modification to securely hold in place.
Been on the road now for 4 weeks and battery is performing beyond all expectations without any electrical hook-up.

So helpful from start to finish. Bought a battery and received a free design with video call to discuss. Several emails back and forth with me asking questions and a telephone call with Steve to finalise the deal. Not pushy, Steve even suggested buying the solar panels from elsewhere due to my requirements. What a fantastic service - thank you!
