This company charged me £100 before coming out to change the wheel on my car. Knowing that they wouldn't be able to do the job. I sent photos of my tyre, their mechanic said that he didn't have the key to take off the wheel. Knowing all this they still sent mechanic out only to tell me they couldnt do the job. I asked for my £100 back as the job couldnt be done, not my fault i had explained everything to the company they still Refused to return my £100. I would never trust this company, they take £100 before they even come out to the job

Dear Linda Iniekio
I spoke to you personally, You said that you dont know if you have the locking nut or not because you are an elderly lady we decided to send you the fitter and most probably it will be in your car. We clearly told you at the begging that if you dont have the locking nut there will be additional charges to remove them and you agreed. You wanted to change 2 of your tyres and we had only 1 in stock because this size is very awkward and we dont keep 2 in stock. We ordered the 2 tyres from our supplier and dispatched the fitter to collect the tyres from the supplier and come to you. It took the fitter almost 90 minutes to go to the suppliers and collect the tyres and come to you. When the fitter got to you and search for the locking nut he could not find it and we told you that there will be additional charges to remove the locking nuts and we can send another fitter that is qualify to remove the locking nuts within 30 minutes , but you refused to pay. We told you that we will adjust your deposit in our call out. We have done all we could and offered you the solution but you refused to pay the costs for locking wheel nut removal.
Honest price
Honest price, super fast pick-up. 30 minutes I waited.
Competent driver on the winch. Rims didn't get scratched when being locked down.

Quick response
Quick response. Managed to get someone out to me despite the height restriction of the car park i had broken down in. The guy who came, Gerard, was excellent and sorted me out super quick. He was very nice and helpful. Only bad point is it was a bit expensive.

Absolutely Top Service
It was just before 5pm when I noticed that I had a screw in the wall of my tyre. I had to drive 160 miles the following morning to attend a funeral. I have an EV with Hankook EV tyres which are pretty difficult to source and as my tyre was completely flat and I could not now drive the car. After a search I found Road Buddy and after a quick phone call they said they could source the new tyre and have it fitted by 10am. They constantly kept me updated and by 9.15 they turned up and fitted the new tyre. The service was really fantastic. I could not recommend them enough and I made the funeral in good time. Thank you Road Buddy! 👍😍

My fitter was fantastic! Very personable, and professional - exactly what one needs when they're stranded with a flat on the M25 hard shoulder with the trucks and all roaring by! Thanks Road Buddy - bigger thanks to my Fitter.

Recently got a flat tyre on a Sunday and needed it changed on the same day so i could get to work Monday. Road buddy came out within 40 minutes. The guy was friendly and professional. Yes it was more expensive than going to a garage but I suppose you are paying for the speed of service and the convenience of them coming to you. Would recommend and use again
