Road Buddy Omdömen

Road Buddy saved the day for me! They were very quick at responding and Abdul was very helpful and clear when asking for information about my vehicle.
I also wasn’t able to leave the office whilst the work was being done in the office car park and Road Buddy were very accommodating with this. I would definitely use them again! Awesome!

Did the job quickly and efficiently. Sam could not have been more helpful

WHAT A SHAMBOLIC experience with Road Buddy. The operator initially was very professional and helpful. Me my wife and young child broke down on the Motorway and made it safely to a petrol station. Agreed price to be towed back home, asked how many passengers we were (3) address to be taken to, Reg Plate etc and was sent a confirmation message to check and confirm details. Secure link to payment was sent and deposit was sent. Recovery time was estimated at 20 mins. After 20 mins to my amazement a tow truck appeared looking worst wear and with only 2 passenger seats arrived, had confirmed 3 passengers and have a message with all the details. They obviously sub contract local operators and then the back tracking and moving the goal posts begin. We only tow the car not the passengers! You didn’t tell me there was passengers! The driver could have taken the car to your address and you pay for a cab! The driver would left the key next to the car! Our tow trucks only have 2 seats! I can send out a bigger truck but it’s more money! and it still carries on …. Didn’t want to refund all the deposit and keep £60 for the call out. Original price quoted was £375. I have photos and screenshots of all correspondence. Please stay away from this company. I eagerly await a response…from them

This is the confirmation clearly stating how many passengers…
Please kindly confirm, We got correct info
1: Vehicle make & model: BMW 525I
2: Transmission: Auto
3: Does it rolls/wheel can move: Rolls
4: Vehicle pickup Postcode/location: CB21 6AP
5: Vehicle drop Postcode: N14
6: How many passengers: x3
7: Vehicle Reg: RE52ZLV

The driver apparently offered me to sit in my car while on the back of the flat bed whilst being towed. I find this is illegal.

Excellent, trustworthy service - they completely resolved my panic about getting to my MOT appointment the following day. After no luck with my breakdown provider, Road Buddy came out the same day to fit a new battery and offered much appreciated advice on selling my car. Install was quick, and the whole job was done within 3 hours of quotation.
