Road Buddy Omdömen

From the initial call to being booked in for my battery replacement at my property was very smooth and professional.

Mechanic Hazem called me an hour before to say his on route, came and changed my car battery within 15 minutes, his an asset to Road Buddy, friendly and very professional, waited around to ensure I can drive and my battery was fully working. Thanks Again Road Buddy, will use again.

Big thanks to Road-Buddy as I lost to tyres on the way to work and in less than 25 minutes they were with me and sort out my problems .thank you

Friendly quick service

Great friendly service from Asad and the team collected from m62 and returned home safely Aran affordable price

Great service. We had a puncher on are tyre . And they had some one out whit in 25 min to change are Spare wheel

This company was the only company that responded to our call. We had been stuck with a flat tyre while on the way to the airport. They responded immediately, sent someone out to us within an hour. Our tyre size was large and not one that is usually kept in stock but sure enough they arrived with a new tyre and immediately proceeded to change the tyre. They were polite and courteous. Very reasonably priced for tyre and call out and fitting. Would definitely use again (although hopefully we won't have to) but would definitely recommend and will be keeping their number in my phone log.

What a fantastic experience… easy process quick response and the work was carried out to perfect would highly recommend

Great customer service big shout out to Tam and Hazard

Always excellent service and very prompt ! Tyres always in stock and they come to fit same day. Very polite staff. Highly recommend.

Driver Asad crossed half country to find a tyre for me in a bank holiday... He is very loyal, kind, professional and saved my trip to Spain l. Many thanks

Got into a horrible situation, where my tyre blew and ended up on the side of a busy road.. answered straight away, and sent someone straight away. Was a little wait due to traffic, but no fault of thier own. Took them just 5 mins to change the tyre

Very helpful and glad that was able to use them on a Bank Holiday in middle of nowhere in Scotland. Also, arrived promptly as promised in 2hours.

Super quick response time both in getting back to me and responding to the situation. The engineer kept in constant communication about his ETA and was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you so much

Fantastic so fast. Here in 10 minutes. Car sorted ready to go!

Good, efficient service, job well done. New tyre and sensor

Highly recommend this company. Got stuck on country roads in Hertfordshire, having blown 2 tyres on a sharp kerb :( googled emergency tyre service and contacted this company having never had to use one before.. they located 2 tyres for me within about 30mins and engineer arrived within an hour.. overall only home 2 hours later than originally anticipated which may sound alot but when you're in that situation- it feels like you'll be stuck there for the night!!
Excellent communication through the whole process.
I hope I don't have the same misfortune again any time soon, but if do, I won't hesitate to use RoadBuddy again.
100% recommend. Very professional service all round and extremely reasonable price.

I hit a pothole and blew my tyre in an isolated rural area. The mobile technician arrived about 45 minute after I called. Tyre changed in 10 minutes. Really friendly technician and the guy I spoke to on the phone was brilliantly also. I 100% recommend this company

Mechanic arrived within the 50 minutes they advised and got the job done of changing a tyre within 20 minutes, no issues.

Quick response especially as I was in a very rural area. Kept updated with expected arrival time. Sorted out my problem quickly and I was on my way home safe and sound. Efficient and pleasant manner.
