Road Buddy Omdömen

Polite, fast and very efficient. Tyre was changed within the hour and I was back on the road. Thank you so much.

Battery replaced late afternoon on Saturday. Called up and a specialist arrived within an hour. Nice guys who knew what they were doing and got the job done quickly. Cheaper than RAC, AA and more convenient than taking it to Halfords. Definitely recommend.

Quick responses, quality work and friendly staff

Overall great comunication experience. The response team arrived within half hour from the moment I sent them my location. The person who changed my tyre was professional and welcoming. Checked the tyres and advised to change the other tyre aswell and do the front wheels alingnment.

Although the supplier provided Road Buddy's fitter the wrong battery for my car, the Road Battery team were excellent in acknowledging it was the wrong battery and made sure a correct battery was replaced as soon as possible. Very happy with the final outcome.

They answered quick, and got someone out to me as soon as they could. It was a busy Saturday, about 2.30pm and they still got to me within an hour, which is pretty good. They changed my tyre quickly and got me on my way. I would’ve waited hours for AA or RAC. The price wasn’t too bad - considering the price of a tyre at Ford’s. It was all very quick and simple and I was kept informed and updated every step of the way. I was really grateful. Would highly recommend.

Road Buddy are great...Road Buddy to the rescue. They helped me a lot today with a total flat tyre ..they did NOT try to rip me off like everyone else but very very very kindly repaired the puncture and were prompt and friendly .Thankyou so much for your great help amd first class service !!

I pre-booked to have my car battery recharged a week in advance as it was the only time I could do it. I had to pay a £40 deposit. And after no one showed 10 minutes after the arranged time, I called to check and found out that they thought I canceled. I am not sure where that came from, and why no money was refunded if that was the case. They apologized and said I would need to wait an hour for a new person to arrive. I then waited over 3 hours, ontop of an already busy schedule which is why I prebooked in the first place. Really disappointing, I did not even get a reduction in price after the inconvenience that was caused due to their own negligence. Really really poor service. After all that, I had to take my car to another garage and eventually change the battery. I wish the company had been more upfront and given me more time to try handle the situation but I was left having to pay for permit parking and Ubers as my car continued to not start after. But I had no choice but to leave the car as I had commitments in the afternoon, which is why I had booked a very specific time for the morning.

Great service once again!

Arrived earlier than expected and was very efficient. Great customer service and follow up call to make sure I was satisfied with the job!

Highly recommend if you’re stuck with a flat tyre

Very good service.

Prompt, friendly, did the job well. Good price.

After being let down by AA, and stuck on the side of a busy dual carriageways, I found roadbuddy online, and straight away they were helpful, explained the process, sent out trye fitters and kept me informed of their journey to me. The tyre fitters were efficient, friendly and got me mobile within minutes.
I was very grateful to use a company who were 'no nonsense, helpful and understood what a stressful situation I was in.

Had been badly let down by the AA, it was a Sunday afternoon in a fairly isolated spot so did not have many options. Found Roadbuddy on a web search and they were there within an hour and fitted a new tyre at a very reasonable price. The fitter even took the old tyre away to repair it for free - excellent service which got me out if a hole

I had a flat battery after leaving my car garaged for 3 months. Road Buddy was there within the hour of contacting them. Immediate restart with jump start pack, and when I stalled it a few minutes later, Waheed was back instantaneously and rebooted for free. Excellent service!

The team at Road Buddy were really able to help me out when I discovered my flat tire! Super communicative, flexible and incredibly fast. I was able to get home with a new within 2hrs with no trouble.
