RLS Plumbing & Heating Services Omdömen

Another call put into RLS plumbing, this time to install the butler sink with all brand new plumbing including hot/ cold water and dishwasher feed as well as new quooker tap with Pro 3 tank and water filter. As always and previous visits the plumber turned up on time and was polite then cracked on with the job in hand and left no mess. Under the sink is tidy and looks like a professionally done job. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

Had our old boiler taken out and new boiler moved from second floor to the loft. Callum and the guys were always punctual, polite and very tidy. Cannot fault the service from RLS. Thank you guys.

My bathroom renovation was carried out with skill and professionalism by efficient knowledgeable tradesmen.
Would thoroughly recommend RLS as a company.

I recently hired RLS Plumbing & Heating Services for a pre-purchase plumbing inspection, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From my first contact, Ryan and his team were prompt, courteous, and professional. They conducted a thorough inspection and explained everything clearly. The detailed report included clear photos and practical advice on what to fix or monitor in the future.

I can't recommend RLS Plumbing & Heating Services highly enough. Their thoroughness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful process so much easier.

Ryan himself came to our home to assess our requirements and discuss possible solutions, and returned on more than one occasion to make absolutely sure we were happy with the layout changes we wanted, triple checking measurements and bringing multiple brochures to give us the benefit of their wide range of available products - real professionalism and high standards of customer care.
Cannot fault the installation team either, checking in with us with the major and minor details, updating us with ETAs on completion time - we knew we were in safe hands, have passed recommendations on to friends.

RLS were fantastic from start to finish. This was the first time having a bathroom refurb and we were so glad we chose RLS.

Ryan was so detailed when coming round to quote and really helped us decide every aspect of the bathroom. It’s so overwhelming but Ryan made it one of the easiest decisions we have made.

Ryan stayed in constant contact with us and always went above and beyond right until the end.

Kane who fitted our bathroom was such a nice guy and left everything spotless at the end of each day.

We can’t thank the whole team enough and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great local business.

We will always use RLS in the future, and have already booked them in to come back for the kitchen!!

RLS were fantastic, completely replacing both of our bathrooms. Rob worked tirelessly and accommodated our every need (and our constantly revised plans), finding solutions and offering great advice. They took no shortcuts and even repaired some previous shoddy work that had been done on the house. The work was completed on time and to the highest standard. Everything went smoothly and they took incredible care around the house and were consummate pros, in every respect. I would not hesitate to recommend RLS.

Very professional and tidy service. Ryan managed to source a replacement bath exact dimensions of the existing which had been discontinued. We didn’t have any spare tiles so it was essential that it was like for like

RLS are a very professional company. I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship. the fitters were very friendly, punctual and very good tradesman.

From the moment we met Ryan to discuss our requirements, to when Kane and Brayden arrived to fit our new bathroom, they all inspired us with confidence. Ryan provided us with some suggestions and advice which was always backed up with clear reasoning. Danielle in the office was always quick to reply to our queries in a very friendly and efficient manner.

Like no doubt many other people looking to get their bathroom refurbished, we simply did our research and looked at reviews, as a complete bathroom refurbishment is not a small undertaking, and we were not left disappointed.

Kane and Brayden’s attention to detail was top notch and second to none. I am not a massive fan of having tradespeople in my home, but we felt extremely comfortable with Kane and Brayden, who clearly knew their stuff, cleaned up well and provided progress updates at the end of each day.

We are certainly very happy to recommend RLS Plumbing & Heating Services, and we wish Ryan and the team all the very best for the future, they deserve to be successful.

We live in an old house and have learned that jobs are NEVER simple. RLS supplied and fitted a new boiler at short notice and fixed our Aga which needed new gas valve. All in time for Christmas so we are not huddled around a candle! Every member of the team was professional and friendly and tackled the job with no fuss. Quotes were reasonable and matched the final invoices so we knew exactly where we stood.
Life would be so much easier if all companies behaved like this.

We recently hired RLS Plumbing to completely renovate our bathroom, and the results exceeded our expectations. Ryan was attentive to our input and guided us in creating a bathroom we absolutely love. Kane and Brayden demonstrated exceptional skill, accommodating all of our requests without hesitation. The team was always on time and maintained a steady pace, paying attention to even the smallest details. They kept the work area neat, cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each day. We highly recommend RLS Plumbing for anyone who values professionalism, quality, and reliability.

From the very first meeting with Ryan, the Company showed a professional and considerate approach, fully digesting my requirements, and produced a competitive qoute for works in an efficient and timely manner. The job was completed by Michael and a colleague, who took time and care and were very tidy in completing the works, resulting in one very happy customer.Thoroughly recommend

Excellent work. Reliable, professional and friendly.

Had a few initial problems with getting call-backs and appointments but I cannot fault the workmen. They were professional and courteous, which is always a bonus when a single woman having men working inside your home. Really recommend.

Great work installing the main bathroom. Professional at all times.
After bad experience with different contractors it has been a pleasure to have RLS plumbing working on my home and would recommend there services to anyone.

Great work and very fast. Excellent skills, very polite and well organised. Left house clean and tidy. Great communication ( we were on holidays while works were carried out). Trustworthy and helpful. Bathroom looks great. They helped us to choose design and buy items needed for complete refurbishment.

Ryan and his team did an amazing job on our new bathroom. From the service, fitting and any after care that may have come up and the quality was all done in an outstanding way.
Would recommend and will be using again.

Amazing fitters being Rob and Harry. Punctual, very tidy, polite, helpful and all round stars.

Can't fault the quality of work that Kane and Brayden did when fitting us a new bathroom. They had a challenge sorting out dodgy plumbing and tiling from previous bathroom fitter, but took it all in their stride. Friendly, polite and clean workers too.
