RLS have just completed our full bathroom renovation, from the very first visit through to finished bathroom the team were professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable taking the time to ensure the bathroom choices were right for us. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding and great attention to detail throughout the installation. We are delighted with our end product and would not hesitate to recommend RLS.
I have also used RLS for small jobs around the house like Radiator changes / Electric shower replacement and fixing leaks, no matter what the job the whole team carry the same attitude.

As a serial reviewer I like to recognise the good and the bad.
The plumber arrived on time was polite and helpful and rapidly diagnosed and repaired the issue.
No upselling of unnecessary work.

RLS's communication was very good, timings were met, we encountered a few unexpected issues, but importantly there were work arounds. All good 👍

5 stars – Reliable, professional, and always there when needed

I’ve used Ryan and his team for a range of jobs over the years, from fitting a new toilet system and installing a new boiler to regular servicing and small repair works. They are always reliable, turn up on time, and no job is ever too small. It’s great to have tradespeople on your doorstep who you can trust to get things done properly every time. Would highly recommend them.

Great job by RLS! Needed some advice and a job done and they were efficient, on time and just genuinely nice guys. Would use again and recommend again and again.

The A Team, Rob and Zach, did a brilliant job on our bathroom. We wanted to retain the original wall tiles, which made their task much more complicated, and they made a great success of it. Skilled, meticulous workers.

had RLS to install a new wetroom. We wanted to use a local company and Ryan was there every step of the way from quotation all the way through till the finish. Ryan never minded how many times we asked questions or contacted him, he was always willing to help which is a very rare quality now days in traders.
The two guys who were working in our property were Kane & Brad. I can honestly say they were professional, helpful and very friendly.
They were punctual, respectful of our property and very hardworking. The quality of the work is outstanding and I honestly couldn't have asked for more. The finished wetroom is better than we ever imagined. I would highly recommend RLS. From start to finish they made the project so smooth and easy for us

Olly from RFL was excellent with his communications throughout. The work undertaken by RFL (Nick was the Engineer) was efficient and first class.
