Ritual Labs - Happy Liver Omdömen 

I am always sceptical with adverts but I was intrigued that RitualLab covered the key areas of my concern with reducing LDL levels. I have tried for years with good recommended diet and I struggle to get 0.1 off but a couple of bad food day like a steak indulgence will raise this level up by 1.0+ easily! After 4 weeks of taking Happy Liver supplements I am delighted to discover my LDL dropped from 2.75 to 1.35
I am working to a reading of below 1 now

I haven't been able to use the product yet, but customer service was very helpful and prompt when I reached out. For that reason, I would give them five stars; knowing if I had additonal questions or concerns, that they would follow-up and address them.

You are asking for reviews before we even get the product and then shortly after we receive the product and we need some time before leaving an accurate review.

This crap does nothing positive. Chinese snake oil would be my assessment .... The seller Ritual Labs will automatically charge your credit card about 20 days after an order you placed and ship more at a higher price... I have been trying to stop this practice for a week and can't get them to get back to me.... Next I will file a complaint with BBB....

I have been using the product for 11 days and there has been no change yet.

Yet another scam company. The product does not work and they automatically sign you up for a subscription. Save your time and money.

Didn't like the product and tried to cancel an auto reorder, I didn't know I was signed up for. The order wasn't even shipped yet and they said they couldn't cancel it. Then they wanted me to ship it back on my dime and then they would refund. Tried to get the initial order refunded too, because I don't think the product does anything at all. But it is a pain to get someone to give a real answer. They just try to upsell you again.

It was very disconcerting to find out I had been put on auto delivery. Then trying to cancel was another chore. Your site kept directing me to a certain tab but it NEVER gave me the correct place to cancel. I finally contacted customer service & got results.

Ritual Labs expedited my return with no issues! They were easy & pleasant to work with through the entire process.

Every company could build a more loyal customer base if they simply informed subscribers three business days in advance that their next order is due to be shipped. From there, they could offer a Go Ahead and Ship to Me, Skip This Order, Delay This Order, or Cancel Subscription. It’s just a common courtesy.
Ritual doesn’t yet do this, so I have an unwelcome subscription refill coming my way, while I still have more than a full bottle extra, but they did offer Return instructions. Maybe they will change their model, maybe not. We shall see.
The product is good though, works well. I just bought two bottles to start and should have bought only one. Soon I will have three bottles of their Liver Supplement. Oh well…

Fast, honest, and open response to my questions about interaction with blood thinners I am taking. I really appreciate the advice they gave me and the fact they said to make sure to consult my physician with the entire ingredients they are going to supply before I take this supplement. They are looking out for the customer’s overall well being.

It was easy to order and arrived when it said it would.
The company checked in shortly after but I felt it was too soon for a review. I've been on it for over a month and have gradually been getting more focus and energy. What i did notice soon after starting was my finger nails had less ridges and were growing without breaking, chipping or splitting. So far im pleased with the overall results.

UPDATE, after contacting Ritual labs customer service via email I did get a response with in the allowable time and it was explained where to find the "box" to click a check mark in on the order to not have reoccurring shipments so that only one a one time shipment is sent. The representative was very nice in the email and explained in detail where to look for this box. I found it easily. I was also advised that if I chose to return the shipment for full refund (but not the cost of shipment) that I would need to send back the full unopened product in the original packaging in order to get my refund. I changed my rating to 4 stars due to their email I received, I have not opened the package.

There was no explanation of a "subscription," being place I thought I was ordering one time. I have put in a request to stop shipment as also medically can not take this due to medication and health. Request made today.
