Don’t buy from Rit concept
Don’t buy from Rit concept . I ordered a table from them which didn’t look as the one online. I asked to return it and they said they needed the original boxes which was absolutely impossible with the way they boxed the table. I had to pay a collection fee for an item that looks different online. Never buy from the again!
Disappointing Quality – Not Worth the Money
I really regret buying this sofa. It looked great in the photos online, but what arrived was completely different. The materials feel cheap, the cushions lost their shape within a few days, and the frame already creaks whenever someone sits down. The stitching is uneven, and one of the legs didn’t even line up properly during assembly. Customer service was slow to respond and unhelpful when I raised concerns. Overall, this feels like a sofa made to look nice in pictures but not actually built to last or be comfortable. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Sofa doesn't match the website description

While customer support is responsive (hence 2 stars not 1) below is the issue with 2-seater cloud sofa that I purchased. soft-cloud-two-seater-sofa-bed
Firstly, when you order online, beware the 1-2 weeks delivery can actually mean "out of stock" and "wait list" for 4-5 weeks. Whether its delays in the stock refresh on the website, or a drop-shipping tactic - you decide.
Secondly, I received the sofa with no bolts, and rather sending me new one - they asked for photos for an "investigation".
Thirdly, the sofa just doesn't match the quality of an item and the description of photos provided online.
The quality is noticeably inferior (looks like a bad copy of the some original design) to what was advertised, particularly regarding the finish, design details, and comfort. what I received is inferior stitching - not smooth finishing, but patchy wrinkled arm and back rests. Stitches themselves are different/far simpler. There are gaps between seat pillows and the body of the sofa.
Lastly, upon requesting a return, I am being charged for the collection feed for an "unwanted item" which clearly isn't the case - the product doesn't match the description, that's the main reason.
So yeah, spent Sunday evening packing away this disappointing product hoping to receive my money back in full.
Disappointed with My Experience
I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with ritconcept in the hope it helps others.
The ordering process was clunky. I received no confirmation email after placing my order, and after several days with no updates, I tried contacting customer service — only to be met with radio silence. After finally reaching someone via email over a week later, I was told the item was out of stock, even though the website had shown it as “in stock.” They have still not provided a refund!
Overall, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and slow service left a really bad impression. I won’t be ordering from ritconcept again and would advise others to proceed with caution. Avoid at all costs!
Positive experience
I’m a bit surprised by the negative reviews—my experience has been very positive with both sofas I purchased. In fact, I’m glad I didn’t see the reviews beforehand, as I might have decided not to buy them, which would’ve been a shame.
Customer service, especially from Emily, was excellent—responsive and helpful. One of the sofas was delivered the very next day, which was a pleasant surprise. The second one took longer as it was made to order, which I completely understand.
The delivery was also handled professionally—the person who delivered the sofas, who also turned out to be the warehouse manager, was courteous and efficient.
Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them.

The product comes from China. Once you order, you will wait few months. My wardrobe arrived without packaging. It wasn't in the great condition, also a very poor quality. If you decide to return anything back, no matter if it’s faulty or not. They insist of charging the delivery fee. Nothing is straightforward, i am still waiting for the money !!!! What a waste of time. Avoid ! Avoid! Avoid!

Please avoid this company, there are plenty of options out there. They are just a bunch of scammers and all of the products that you're going to receive are copies of other products from decent companies that would actually deliver quality products and not these defective copies that try and resemble original.
I am attaching a photo of our product, a DEFECTIVE AND COMPLETELY USELESS PRODUCT for which they still insist to charge in order to return and straight deny product as being defective.

FRAUD. DO NOT BUY. I bought a sofa and paid for installation. When they installed it the back of the sofa will not stay on. They refuse to fix or replace the sofa. 2 months later I am still having to argue with them over a very clean cut issue. They won’t fix this faulty product. They provide photos of sofas that don’t change when you change the size you want. So a 140cm sofa looks like a 200cm sofa. We purchased one and paid extra for delivery within 1-5 days. They contacted us and told us they were out of stock and it could take 6-8 weeks. They offered other options, but we requested to cancel the order. They then contacted us and said they found one in their warehouse and it would be delivered shortly. After almost a week, I contacted them and they had someone arrange the delivery.
The delivery drivers were quite reckless with the boxes, but delivered it to the front door. They didn’t offer to bring it to a room.
Upon unboxing it, we realized it was far too small. We immediately boxed it back up and notified them that we wanted to return it. They want £79 for a return fee and that doesn’t cover the cost of returning it to them. We have to now pay for shipping to ship it back to them. We offered to buy another sofa if they would pick this one up and waive the return fees. They said they won’t do this.
They now won’t provide the return address until we take everything back out of the boxes and provide proof that everything is in good condition and then pack it back up into boxes. Only then will we get the return address.
Their business model makes no sense because when I’m able to return the boxes to them and get my refund, they will have lost several hundred pounds in profit.
Do NOT order from them
They flagged my review as fake, which I am disputing with trustpilot, but in the meantime I won’t be silenced.
Don’t order from them, they lie about lead times, my item took nearly twice as long as they initially said. Quality is meh.

I wish there was an option to put Zero stars. form beginning to end its been awful. delay after delay and then finally send the TV stand in a cream beige colour when was supposed to be Dark Grey. Customer care asked for photos and then said it was the correct colour not sure which optician they go to. Asked for it to be corrected and just said they will collect wihout resolution. Best to go to your bank and get a chargeback, these people are frauds and not trustworthy dont order anything form them.
My worst experience with an online retail shop
I was looking for a modern wall clock and after seeing it on Rit Concepts site I decided to make the purchase.
After receiving the clock I noticed it was dented in two places so I immediately emailed them and this is when the painstainkingly process begun.
You can only contact them in a WhatsApp chat and it was hit and miss if they answered.
Once I got an answer they asked for photographic proof, (fair enough) I took many good shots which clearly showed the damage, they said the proof is not good enough, so after re packaging they asked for video proof, so once again I unpacked the clock, took a video for a good 30 seconds pointing at the damaged areas, I then waited another day for an answer, they said the only way they will accept it back is with exactly the same packaging, I explained that the package was damaged on arrival and the sticky plastic that was around the clock face could not be reused, they said that I need to prove with a photo that all the packaging is in good condition before they will accept, so at this point I realised that they were doing everything in there power to put me off by wearing me out.
I then explained on the chat that I physically cannot do this and the whole process is exhausting and stressing me out, so could you please just arrange a pickup.
So instead they then offered some money back which was a ridiculous small amount for a clock that I could never use, so at this point I accepted and just threw the clock away.
This is the most stressful experience to date from an online retail company!
They are drop shipping from Asia
They are drop shipping from Asia. Just take an image from their site, drop it into google images and you can find the item most likely on either AliExpress or Alibaba. For example, search for the cloud coffee table. You will find it on both sites and also from Amazon drop shippers.
Don't trust their delivery times
An item I ordered took 5 months to arrive after being continuously delayed (should've taken 3 weeks). Company was very blasé about this, and service poor. Even after they said the item was delayed due to being shipped from China, the website still stated the same item would be delivered within 3 weeks - a blatant lie. Despite items on website looking nice, I do not recommend!!
Positive reviews are fake
I think most positive reviews on here must be fake - don't be fooled. I bought a "real leather" sofa that as turns out has genuine leather only on the contact surfaces (top of base, front of cushions, top of armrests). However, the base and the entire outside are plastic, which is of a similar, but visibly different colour. I suspect this is why this couch is so competitively priced, but selling it as "real leather" is misleading to put it mildly. I wish I had read the reviews on here earlier...
Edit: when confronted with this, the seller retroactively edited the description on the website and claimed it had been described. This is obviously a fraudulent trader.
DO NOT WASTE MONEY
Absolute shocking and awful customer service. Bought a sofa bed in late July, after two months of usage (female weighing 45kg sitting on the sofa), the backrest is now loose and collapses onto the floor whenever I lean back. It is an awful and inadequate design. The customer service team provided no service and simply referred to their 14 day policy (ie returns and refunds within the first 14 days) DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! No service regarding quality issues whatsoever. No ideas where the positive reviews came from as I suspect some are fake reviews.
Outstanding Customer Service!
I first emailed a request for availability. . . and surprisingly got an email response rather quickly. I then went online to order the item, but had a few more questions. I got the same person Emily. She was outstanding. Answered all my questions, helped me process the sale and noted my request for a delayed delivery.
Overall smooth transaction
Overall smooth transaction, only that the sofa took 10 weeks to arrive, I'm fine with it. Communication could be better on delivery arrangement though. I'm happy with the purchase.
Stains on the chair
I have ordered a £600 Kemble chair in white and it came with stains all over it. When I sent the photos to the customer service representative (Emily), she advised that those where not stains but a texture feature. Terrible product and even worse customer service.
