Dining table was delivered on time and communication was excellent The table came extremely well packaged and looks great.

Absolutely joke!!! Placed my order in January… delivery supposed to be in 6 weeks… And I still haven’t received. Every time I contact customer service the date changes; already changed 3 times… they keep on blaming the war; however I placed my order BEFORE the war started!! Absolutely pathetic!!! I’m in my new home with NO dining table thanks to them… really making my moving home experience more stressful!!! Stay away; unless you can wait for an undetermined time for delivery….

I love the table that I ordered at the end of January ,on ordering it the delivery was to be the following week. 24hours later email to say 4weeks delay for that I accepted a 5%discount 4weeks went into 6weeks. At this point I thought I was never going to get the table.when it was finally delivered I had no notice they arrived at my house at 7pm and I wasn’t in. Thankfully my new neighbour kindly took it in. I found the whole experience very stressful

Had the most TERRIBLE experience with this company. Ordering and taking my money was fine- but the product took 12 weeks to arrive, was absolutely awful, took four weeks to get them to take it back and still waiting on refund. Never buy from here.

I read some negative reviews but my experience has been great from start to finish.
There was a delay, but this was the same for this product with other retailers.
Great communications throughout with fast responses giving full information.
Beautiful dressing table if very high quality.
I highly recommend and will definitely buy from here again in future

A familiar story with this company . The product i ordered was in stock , they took my money and then advised 8-9 weeks for delivery .

it seems from the awful reviews that this is a familiar tactic they use to scam the public .

Wow I can’t believe I fell for the legitimacy of this website and didn’t think to check Trustpilot. They list the product as available on their website and after you order and pay they email to let you know it’s out of stock and will take 8-9 weeks to deliver. They are probably doing this to every customer, dragging the refund and using the money in the meantime. Stay away, total scam website!

Got a coffee table from here after seeing it online. It looks pretty much the same as the photos, which is always a relief. The frame feels stable and doesn’t wobble. It’s been used daily and still holding up well.

Ignored the reviews, big mistake!

Asked for a return/refund on an order not yet delivered and the company asked for a 10% charge under T&Cs even though this is inapplicable under legislation CCR 2013. How can you not know basic consumer laws if you claim to be a legitimate consumer retailer?

SCAM!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!! If I could give this shop 0 stars I would. The first red flag was that the sofa arrived 3 months late! I was in contact with Emily and a warehouse manager. The sofa arrived and was the wrong colour (I ordered black the sofa that came was grey) and also the wrong material (website listed suede, the material is a cheap felt) not to mention the sofa is as hard as stone, not comfortable at all. I contacted EMILY immediately who said it was a custom item and nothing could be done despite it stating in their terms and conditions that if the item is WRONG a refund is due. I then contacted the warehouse manager over text, who dragged me around in circles for over a month. In the final correspondence I confronted him and said I am sure Emily is AI and after that day (30/01/26) he has stopped answering my messages and calls. Money and time wasted. DO NOT ORDER!!!!

Bought the Abigail coffee table was absolutely terrible quality and the colour was not the same as the website unpacked it and immediately called them to return it. They tried to charge for a collection to return it. Luckily I bought on my credit card and they have done a charge back. Terrible company and terrible customer service and the worst quality products not worth the hassle or money. Now they are threatening legal action as they cannot collect the goods with a time that works for me. Do not buy anything from here it’s based in china and they don’t manufacture the items to a suitable standard for the money they charge!!!

This brand and its customer service are criminals. I have been waiting for my item for 4 months and they keep lying about my refund.
Absolutely insane. Please avoid at all costs!
And do report them to the trading authorities. I really don’t understand how come they still trade in the uk.

Website isn't truthful about the furniture delivery. Took my money and then can't deliver the item as promised. For the chair I want their website still says:-

'Order with our fastest delivery method in the next 18 hours 19 minutes to get it by Sunday, 25/01/2026'

Delivery is over 8 weeks which they tell you after they have your money

Truly a terrible company, most likely fraud. I ordered a £200 bedside table, when it arrived (after 2 months) they had sent what I can only describe as a preproduction first prototype. Awful quality materials and had tonnes of random staples all over it. Oh it also arrived broken. The "replacement" was a different colour (yellow and not white) and not a close shade as well as being larger. When I asked for a refund they said okay, but they'd charge me £50 return fee even though they'd sent me the wrong colour. Never use this company

Website quoted delivery in two days. Paid in full and then received an email that delivery would actually be 9-11 weeks. Now trying to get a refund

Also the website shows how many people are supposedly viewing what you're looking at. I've checked the code and it's a fake random number between 1 and 10 that's updated every 3 seconds. Maybe something for trading standards to look at?

They cancelled my May review, so here I am, writing it again. This is a FRAUDOLENT COMPANY - avoid at all costs. In May 2025 we purchesed this item (Gabriel sofa - 200 cm). The sofa we received was nothing like the one advertised on the website. Weilai refused to take it back and I had to sell the awful sofa on Gumtree for 25% of what we paid. Simply check the pictures below. We are currently reporting them to Trading Standards.

To have an idea of what a disreputable company this is, simply Google them, DO NOT browse their website - these reviews are AI generated. I only hope that nobody else gets deceived like we did.

This website is a scam, the pictures do not match the reality

They never answered my request about a sofa that didn’t look like pictures at all.
Scam, don’t buy.

The sofa I received has absolutely nothing to do with the photos and the visuals they advertise. Cheap, flimsy, completely different from what was shown. I’m extremely disappointed.
On top of that, the delivery was expensive, and getting a refund is basically impossible. I’m still fighting to get my money back, disgraceful. This company is a complete scam. Avoid at all costs.
