Etihad Airways broke my suitcases on…
Etihad Airways broke my suitcases on 22nd of Feb, 2023. I followed the official process from the airlines, but they did not entertain me. They kept stalling. Took days to reply and would often reply with, "prove us we did it". Even though I had all the documentation from the airport, baggage handlers, etc. they still were busy denying that it was their fault and this dragged on for a month or so. That's when I contacted this company, and guess what the very next day I got threatening email from Etihad airways said that their legal team will drag this to hell. Anyway, after 8 months Etihad denied my claim and Ritardoaereo said they can't do anything since I didn't contact the airlines with the first 7 days of the incident.
This is where Ritardoaereo failed me somewhat. They accepted the rejection and the reasoning behind it without actually checking or looking in to the documents I provided them. Heck, they did not even ask me if I had filed an official complaint with Etihad airways. I had to bring it to their notice, that I indeed did file a complaint within 7 days of the incident. That's when Etihad accepted my claim, but only for a single baggage. Again, I had to remind Ritardoaereo of the second baggage and eventually I got my full claim.
They also missed their timelines, and there are some other minor stuff, but all in all I was able to get a claim that Etihad had decided not to entertain. So, I will recommend them, but I'll also say that please keep your wits about yourself.

Ritardo Aereo è riuscito a rimborsarmi due voli cancellati e rimandati al giorno dopo. Ci sono voluti alcuni mesi, ma basta pazientare un po', e con i dovuti documenti si può ottenere un rimborso veramente valido.

Affidabilità e professionalità
Dopo una serie di problemi riscontrati durante due voli con ritardi vari e con relativa perdita di bagaglio mi sono affidata a questo fantastico team.
Io non ho dovuto fare assolutamente nulla, ma grazie a loro ho avuto ben due rimborsi che da sola non sarei mai riuscita ad avere.
Consiglio a chi dovesse trovarsi in una situazione simile di rivolgersi a loro perché sono una garanzia!
