Grazie Massimiliano per aver recensito i nostri servizi. Sarebbe stato anche opportuno precisare che siamo riusciti ad ottenere in meno di due mesi la compensazione pecuniaria dal vettore e quindi ad assolvere il mandato che ci hai conferito . Generalmente dovrebbe essere recensita la qualità dei servizi offerti e non il fatto di aver dovuto pagare un servizio offerto (tra l'altro chiaro e ben evidenziato in prima pagina sul nostro sito e da te accettato). Grazie di non aver recensito il nostro servizio.
Rimborso per cancellazione volo
Ho subito una cancellazione di un volo; mi sono rivolto al team di ritardo aereo che ha preso in carico la pratica facendomi ottenere il risarcimento. Sono stati molto precisi, la procedura per attivare la pratica è molto semplice e sono sempre pronti a fornire chiarimenti. Un'ottima esperienza.
