Consigliatissimi

Con tenacia sono riusciti a farmi rimborsare da Wizz air, bravi, competenti e appunto tenaci. Facile anche la comunicazione, niente marchingegni, persone. Consigliatissimi!

e non sto esagerando per me e mio marito e stato sfortunatamente un anno pieno di cose negative con wizzair!!!
Abbiamo avuto più di 5 pratiche con ritardo aero tutto risolto velocemente!

I’ really satisfied with their work

I’ really satisfied with their work. They helped me get refound for my delayed baggage. It took about a month for everthing to be proced but it was worth the wait. I would recomend RitardoAereo.

Pagamenti rapidi

Dopo alcune incomprensioni, sono stati rapidi nel farmi ottenere il rimborso. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la possibilità di ricevere il pagamento in pochi minuti su Paypal (invece di diversi mesi) pagando una piccola fee.

Persone serie, che mi hanno permesso di ottenere il rimborso in modo semplice e senza stress. Consiglio assolutamente i loro servizi a chiunque abbia bisogno di supporto per problemi con i voli.

Unprofessional, unresponsive and dubious company

For months after incident report (I contacted firm on 5th September 2024), the Ritardo Aereo Team never updated me on the status of my case, neither did they request any additional information that I failed to provide.

Imagine my shock when, on 18th December 2024, they sent me an email informing me that my claim had been rejected and that they were archiving my case. The staff note included in the email read:

“We would like to inform you that, since we have not received the required documents within the specified timeframe, we are currently archiving the case. We remain available for any clarifications.”

The reason cited above isn’t only false but also dubious, as I provided all requested documentation. And not once did they suggest that I would not be able to access compensation for the 6-day delay in getting my luggage.

In fact, Ritardo Aereo’s marketing communication claimed that they could get compensation on clients’ behalf - the reason I and my friends who suffered same fate with Royal Air Maroc contacted them and trusted them with our case.

Besides the unnecessary stress and expense caused by the delay of my luggages, I also notified the firm about my damaged bag which the airline indicated they would replace. I shared documentation to the effect and photos of the damaged bag with them.

If Ritardo Aereo couldn’t get compensation for the 6-day delay of my luggage for whatever reason, how do you justify not getting my bag replaced as communicated by airline? If they cared at all, why are they archiving both claims without a fight?

Indeed, the company’s handling of my case has been most unprofessional. I regret ever considering Ritardo Aereo to represent me, and I will make sure to let the world know how useless they are, so others will not have to contend with such poor treatment!

In response to your latest reply, we would like to clarify the following:

We reiterate that the claim regarding the delayed delivery of your luggage, which incurred an expense of around €19.00, was closed due to the lack of a response from the airline. In theory, it would be possible to proceed before the competent court to request reimbursement of the expenses; however, given the uneconomical nature of such action, the claim was archived.

Regarding the note about missing documents, we confirm that the **only open claim** pertains to the **delayed delivery of your luggage**. As for the damaged luggage, you informed us via WhatsApp when you were already beyond the deadline for filing a claim. PLEASE, CHECK THE DATES.

Since you state that the reason is "false," we kindly ask you to provide us with:
- A copy of the claim you submitted for the damaged luggage (not delayed), including the "Claim ID";
- The exact date you sent the documentation via WhatsApp (which, we remind you, is not an official channel).

We remain available for any further clarifications.

First of all, we would like to clarify that approximately three months have passed since the submission of the claim, and the airline has not yet responded to us. Moreover, the claim submitted through our website only concerned the delayed delivery of your baggage (please verify it), for which we still filed a compensation request with the airline, even though the amount spent was minimal.

Regarding the baggage damage, we received your PIR via WhatsApp without you filing a separate claim, and this happened after the deadline had already expired.

In fact, you can verify that the PIR is dated 30/08/2024, and despite having only 7 days to submit the claim (as required by the Montreal Convention), it was sent on 10/09, which was beyond the deadline.
