Kevin was super helpful. He read my huge email carefully and responded to everything, point by point, very clearly. Asked very relevant questions and within 3 emails I was set! Brilliant Service
Kevin who was dealing with my cases was very helpful and noticed my travel dates were not correct. If he hadn't made me aware of this error I would not have been covered for my upcoming trip. He was very helpful and sorted out the dates on the insurance swiftly and resent my new policy. Would 100% recommend.

Peace of Mind Thanks to Rise & Shield's Abie
I want to highlight the excellent customer service I received from Abie at Rise & Shield during a travel insurance policy change for my upcoming trip to Antarctica.
Due to my own misreading, the original policy I purchased did not meet the specific requirements for cruises in the polar region. When I realized this, I contacted Rise & Shield and Abie assisted me right away.
Abie handled the cancellation of the original policy, the refund, and the purchase of a new policy with the correct coverage.
I would definitely recommend Rise & Shield for their quality of service. Thank you Abie and team!
