Same experience here ..... ordered, paid for express delivery ...nothing !! Also note that the adverts are almost identical to 2 other "companies" who appear on Facebook one is called "Fitne.co.uk" and the other is called About the Present" The products are the same and the models ........ One of the companies appears to be based in Kentish Town in London and the other has posted a Swindon telephone number ..... could be this is a coordinated and sophisticated fraud !!

Same as every other post on here, ordered weeks ago, emailed 4 times asking for info/shipping refs etc and just getting standard generic mails back about speaking to the shipping team and now financial department the i've asked for a refund. Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering.
The guy who has been in contact with me is 'albertrigking' and uses a gmail acc so feel free to vent your anger or 'whatever else' that way as I highly doubt we will be getting our money back (from him)
Reported to FB, Shopify, and dispute raised with PayPal.

As confirmed by others, complete scam taking advantage of people locked indoors in a global pandemic, which is disgusting. Reported to paypal and facebook

Purchased 6 weeks ago and still waiting. Im trying to resolve the issue through paypall resolution service.

Not getting anywhere just want a refund now

Ordered early April and still nothing. No tracking number. Constant emails to them and only received one back from Alistair Stuart which was saying sorry for a delay.
The product is a scam and I am currently trying to go through the bank for a refund

SCAM!!! took my money over a month ago, no product and wont give me a refund

If I could put 0 stars, I would.
Bought early April and money was taken out my account the next day.
Havent heard anything, not even an email with tracking number.
Contacted last week and they said my product has been shipped but they don't have a shipping tracking number yet. Said they will look into it for me.
Looking at the other reviews, I'll be contacting my bank and will try to get my money back.
Also, I found their business address and will be reporting to trading standards.

Scammed ordered 5 weeks ago nothing

Purchased 7 April - gave it 4 weeks and asked for a refund. Was told item had already shipped. All went quiet when I asked for tracking information. Need to name and Shane through social media. Actionfraud are now involved.

Purchased on 3rd may, its now the 9th may, no emails or tracking codes no product. After sending a few emails to them, they blaming it on delivery problems. Wish i looked more into this so valled company before i brought. Do not buy from these people. Reported to fb, fraud action and my bank, investigation now being made

Absolutely disgusting service, ordered my gear weeks ago and no delivery which isn’t the end of the world. However I’ve tried contacting them and had emails back saying they will look into it and they don’t! what terrible service, they’ve stole my money and I have no product!!! Would not use ever again, I understand it’s a difficult time right now but the least they could do is let me know when I might actually get my delivery if ever or if they’re even shipping which I’ve asked and have had no reply to that question.

Order placed on the 7th of April. Says 7-10 days delivery. Still no item. The payment that comes off your account is a club in Tenerife. The company is not registered in the UK. Every time I EMAILED them I got the same generic response from the company to say a hold up. When you purchase an item they tell you they will send you a tracking number which they never do. I would avoid at all costs.

Do not use them.

Duplicate email after duplicate email claiming they need to speak to their ‘’shipping department’’ or their ‘’financial department’’.

When you know full well it’s one person sat at his computer, you will not receive your items and a refund is like talking to the wall.

I am absolutely disgusted. I have been waiting on my order for over 3weeks now and all I keep getting back is duplicate messages saying they are waiting on tracking information and they have a high volume of orders. One email was from a man called ALISTAIR STEWART, all the others are from Rigking support.

Sick individuals profting off people in these worrying times. Fake tracking numbers, appalling customer service and blatant lies. Been waiting 4 weeks and still no sign of it coming. Reported to Facebook and Paypal!! AVOID!!!

I ordered 4 weeks ago didn’t receive it and basically messaged them about it and all they did was send me a message from an apparently fake tracking site that’s in Chinese. They sent me another message today when I said that they are scamming people and they claim that it will still arrive which I know is complete bull. This site needs to be shut down and investigated.

Its probably a scam,havent received items...opened a case on paypal!

Absolute garbage.

Opened up a dispute with PayPal, they are replying to messages but it is generic poorly spelt drivel. Have asked for tracking to be sent within PayPal messaging so PayPal have full clarity. I have also linked this trust pilot page to provide PayPal with all the evidence it needs to prove this is a Scam.

Shambles of a company. Avoid.
