It was my first time sending a self assessment for a tax return, which I was unsure of what and how to do.
Rift made it a breeze over the phone and got things moving quickly, even running through additional expenses that I could claim too! The Rift app made it super simple to upload my relative documents and other information.
Everyone I spoke to was friendly, informative and understanding.
I am very glad I used Rift and will be my go too for all my Tax returns in the future.

I was put onto Rift by a work colleague…
I was put onto Rift by a work colleague who has been using them for several years. I was claiming back over 4years so the process did take some time with mileage and food claims. The staff were very helpful and we got there in the end and I eventually got a refund.
Whilst nothing else changed on my anticipated salary for this year my tax code has and I find I’m going to be paying more tax! I’m beginning to wonder was it all worth it.
To cut a long story short Rift are good at what they do my tax issues are complex due to pensions so don’t let this review put you off using them for your refunds.

Great service, slightly hefty fee
I had Sam O’Brien as my tax specialist and he was very helpful with talking me through the process and explaining the details.
The fee for the service can work out to be quite high sometimes with me only receiving £37 of a £139 refund but other than that, amazing service.
