Our wood stove
Our wood stove arrived today, and it is absolutely beautiful! Shipping was incredibly fast, only 11 days from the date we placed our order to delivery, and we live way up North. We are so happy with our experience with Ridge Flame, and we know this wood stove will be loved for many years to come. Their great price is what initially drew us in, but their excellent service is what will keep us coming back. I had seen other reviews mentioning Michael and the great customer experience he provides, and they were absolutely right. A huge thank you to Michael and his team for making everything so easy. This has truly been a great experience!

This company communicated and cared…
This company communicated and cared about what I needed to make my project a success, they also were the most economical. Unlike Tri State fireplaces, there was a mix up with the shop app and by accident I ordered two fireplaces one from Rigid Flame and the shop app put Tristate fireplaces unit up there and I inadvertently clicked, that's ba longer story. Tri State has been extremely difficult and has cost me 50% of the cost of the unit to return to them. Ridgid Flame made sure I had everything I needed and was 20% less.
