Ordered segway escooter 4 my 5year old daughter,I was charged for delivery at the checkout,when I pointed out by email that it advertised free delivery I was refunded delivery cost straight away,scooter was delivered quickly,would definitely buy again,and would certainly recommend

Not an easy story - we were waiting for the eMTB for 8 months (for our 9 years old son). Global components outage.
Ed from the RideLev has provided updates via WhatsApp virtually every day. The bike is finally delivered, with some very nice add-ons we asked to install.
Definitely would recommend buying an EV.

A helpful, honest company. The chap I spoke to was kind, considerate and friendly. I was refunded £10 because the box was damaged on my grandsons Christmas present and it was only a small tear/hole. Would highly recommend and would certainly contact them in the future should I need anything else

Customer service excellent
Customer service is most definitely 5 star. My order of an electric scooter was unavailable after I’d paid but I was assured I’d get it. I was phoned regularly with updates and got what I’d ordered beginning of November. We have yet to charge and try it out as it’s a Christmas present but I feel confident that if we were to have any problems Chris would sort it out

Customer service like I’ve rarely experienced.
Having been let down many times, over the last year or so, by ever failing due dates for new E-mountain bikes, this, pro active, company joined a forum of equally disgruntled potential buyers, and came to the rescue.
The logistics of me living on the Isle of Man were no hindrance at all to Ed from Ride Lev, and I’m now the proud owner of a fabulous KTM Prowler bike with local warranty/support cover.
I’d never hesitate to recommend this company, and just wish there were more of similar standards around these days.

Great service from Ed :) had quick replies to any questions even after sale and eager to help. Nice bike as well, (Eovolt City One) smooth ride, could’ve gone with a bit more power and slightly bigger wheels but wanted one as compact and lightweight as possible, and this one checks all those boxes. Happy with the purchase, thank you 😊

Terrific customer service
Very happy with the customer service from Ed at Ride LEV. My Eovolt bike was hand delivered fully assembled at my door at the specified date quite quickly. I was given a lot of updates during that time. Have been riding around London more than I used to with an ebike which has made riding a lot more fun. Would highly recommend.

Ride LEV _V Good Experience
Ride LEV responded quickly, efficiently and helpfully to my search for a strong rear basket for my Tern ebike.
Friendly and professional response with a good follow up to check all OK. Will certainly be using the RideLEV team again. Also like their thoughtful and effective recycling policy for packaging.
