Ride EquiSafe Omdömen

Super easy to work with. Answered all
My questions and incredibly helpful.

Great customer service, quick shipping.

Took the time to help me as I had a particular safety situation. Tried all kinds of products to find the best yet affordable one. Worth the 2.5 hr drive to visit. Was not disappointed.

The ladies at the Equisafe store were amazing! They were patient and helped us through making the decision we needed to make to help keep my daughter safe!!

Great communication and found the perfect vest for my size and budget.

A rep emailed me promptly after I filled out their form online. She corresponded with me several times and recommended an air vest which I ordered and really liked. Ride Equisafe was recommended to me by several riding friends including one of my trainers, and I don’t regret connecting with them to choose a vest.

Catherine was awesome. We were trying to help our 16 yr old daughter see the befits of an air vest as she progressed to higher jumps and competition. After a few months and some education form Catherine we walked out with an air vest and a safer helmet.

I’m a Canadian who experienced a fall from my horse and started to research air vests.
I came across Catherine and her excellent informative website.
She really couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable.
And she helped me, not because she wanted to sell me something. She genuinely educated me and was truthful and trustworthy. It’s rare these days to find a person and business with so much integrity. She sent me to the Canadian distributor of Hit Air vests and I have ordered a vest from them.
I really can’t recommend Catherine and RideEquisafe more.
If you want great selection, the latest information and products from a knowledgeable, non pressured source, Catherine is the person to reach out to.
She’s the real deal.
Thanks once again.

Not sure the actual product works yet BUT the customer service was stellar. Catherine is a gift to the world of retail and her product knowledge is second to none .

Haven't had a chance to ride with it yet. The quality is fantastic. Im sorry the C02 canisters are so expensive and only hope I don't accidently released it, forgetting about the tether. As a new user.....CAUTION, CAUTION!!

They were super helpful in guiding me through taking my measurements for an air vest, and were able to give me a couple of recommendations based off my preferences and sizing. I ended up with an air vest that I absolutely love, it's so comfortable!!

Great personal attention and super fast response to all of my questions about air vests. The fit advice was spot on and I’m very happy with my purchase.

Thank you for all the help to find a hunt coat for my daughter! Above and beyond fantastic customer service!!!

A delay in receiving my order was likely due to the company waiting for a shipment of the navy vest that I ordered. Contacts by email were timely and informative. I’m very happy with this product.

Great customer service and product expertise. This is the place to purchase air vests.

Excellent service - fast, knowledgable and caring.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful with my decision to choose the appropriate vest

They had the Animo safety vest in stock and got it to me quickly

You always have exactly what we need and it is shipped quickly in excellent condition. No crumpled up package sitting outside my door.

I bought the flexor junior to try for my program. The box says they are for a maximum of 40kg. A friend says that’s a bad translation and it should be a minimum of 40. Can you let me know? It’s also a weird weight limit. It will be hard to determine if lesson riders are over or under: It will certainly help if I understand the weight limit so I can at least choose which saddle to put them on.
