Thankful for the help and knowledge I got from the team especially from Rodolfo and Luke ! It’s been a long journey . But we got it done.

Ricoh member here for not quite a year now, but I would like to give a special shoutout to Antonio Ospina for being the best help when needed or quick answers to my problems. His service is very much appreciated!

I became part of the Ricoh family because I was giving a non working Ricoh ri1000.I join several Facebook groups and I was able to get in contact with Antonio Ospina. He has been helping me thru the whole process. He helped me transfer machine to my name . I ask a couple of questions about the machines and software and parts. Without hesitation, he always answer. I than called the number he provided to order parts. James Lee was the one who answer. He helped me thru the ordering process. I liked that He genuinely cared about my concern and request for Information. I appreciate them both because their dedication to service help me thru this complex process. I feel more comfortable that I made the right choice and join the ricoh family. I appreciate all their help and service. They went on and beyond their duties. Thank you

Luke is always just a call away. He has worked very hard helping us with our hiccups in our system. I can always rely on him to do what he says, when he says he will, and never stops until everything works correctly.

James was awesome. Very patient, easy to understand, took his time when I was struggling with a few things. The process was much easier than I anticipated and we are up and running again so we couldn't be happier.

Luke's performance was beyond exceptional. I had an issue with the update of the Colorgate software, and Luke was able to correct the issue perfectly. Excellent service!

I went through my onboarding DTG U today with Luke. The lessons were great, but then Luke took a ton of time to help me get all of my settings set up correctly, and helped me run some test prints and everything is working amazingly. He genuinely went over the top to help and i could not be happier!

el servicio al cliente es excellente, sin embargo la garantia por parte de la empresa es pesimo, debido a que con apenas unos meses se tapo el cartucho y no me fue repuesto, pienselo bien antes de invertir su dinero ya que es mucho y tendra poco respaldo de pieza.

A week ago Luke helped us troubleshoot our Ricoh 1000 and found the CTL board needed a new carriage replacement. He helped us remove the old CTL Board viturally and carriage. A week later he helped us also install both and was very professional and very nice and helpful with the whole process of installing. He customer service skills was excellent. We really appreciate his help on this and hope he does get rewarded for how awesome he is!

John did such a great job connecting up online and walking me through the install. Even though the part itself was not operating properly, he immediately made sure a new one is on the way and he will be ready to get me back up and running. He also checked my settings and gave some excellent ideas for brilliant images.

James was very helpful and patient. Great experience all around

Marron helped us fix our problem right away. He is honestly one of the best tech guys we've had help us out.

Luke was great, very patient, helpful, i had not had too much luck prior to having him help me but he was able to get me up and running and I'm so thankful for his help and super excited to use this machine, it's been great now
