Business claims 5 stars , the reception confirms they are not taking on any more business and asked me details for their records ! If you cannot do business then you don’t need my records ! The whole idea of 5 stars is giving the consumer confidence you do business with you , why advertise a service online your staff are advising you cannot deliver
