I got a great deal on the iPhone 14. I did loads of research and it just wasn’t available anywhere else for near that price. Ordering was simple, even although I was switching providers. My shining new phone arrived at my door less than 48 hours later. Very satisfied customer!

Rare in this day and age that you find staff who generally want to have a chat and really are interested in you and not how much comission they can get out of you my member of staff Ella was really good even managed to have a good laugh professional and informative respectfull and straight to the point

A great company
I was very sceptical at first not using a mobile provider directly or a high street shop but I can honestly say the service I received from Reward Mobile was faultless.
I easy to get in touch with when I need them by we chat and Ella was very helpful.
I would definitely recommend.

I took out a contract and through no fault of the company I returned the device due to the service from the network provider. Three network themselves where very difficult with me to resolve the issue I was having and obstructive, but Ella in the customer service team has truly gone above and beyond to help me resolve this issue as efficiently as possible. Brilliant customer service and an asset to you company! Thanks a bunch you’ve been amazing! :)

Very good and straight forward service for a interesting product. I have made a mistake when ordering iPhone13 by ordering it in a wrong colour. As soon as I have realised this one email is all it took to correct this. 24 hours later iPhone in the right colour was at my door. Fantastic
