Easy to use website. So far experience has been good with their website as well as on phone customer service. I will absolutely recommend it.

Waste of time, attempted to buy a new EE Sim Only contract but it kept rejecting bank / card details and wants me to fill out everything again from step 1, after filling everything perfectly! I've tested this with two separate banks and checked info thoroughly so there's something wrong with the website, or at least with the contract
Just copied someones review and had the same issue with it and been told thats bank fault so phoned bank and there is no bank fault and been told its a SCAM

Fast delivery of phone , added PAC code to order, swapped over my number immediately on setting up new phone. Couldn’t be easier. Had a quick security check with lovely customer service staff. I was having difficulty with a SIM I received. After live chat and calls to the number provided and no one able to help, I managed to get through to a lovely lady called Rebecca. She was so helpful going over the details and solving the issue.

What a great experience and a great deal. Never heard of reward mobile until I was looking for a new mobile via blue light card. Found an amazing deal for the iPhone 15. Simple to order and it arrived so quickly. So far an amazing experience and I would recommend.

Got a fairly priced deal and phone was delivered next day tracked delivery. All seems to be perfect so far.
Had an over the phone validation to confirm the order (a fraud prevention step this company takes), and the lady that dealt with me over the phone was very polite and helpful.
