Problem zipper
I had a problem with the cover of my pillow. I expressed that to the company and received an immediate and courteous response with a willingness to fix the problem When it became clear I needed a new pillowcase, Revoget immediately and I stress immediately offered to replace the damaged pillowcase. I am most impressed with the prompt and helpful exchanges I had. Very professional.

I emailed Revoget and enquired if the order was on its way to me as I had a phishing message. They reassured me that the parcel would be with me shortly and to forward them the message. I am really disappointed
I am really disappointed, took 2 weeks to arrive and is so squashed it takes up half the cover, and is hard in places, I hoped after a day or two it would spring into shape but no.

Poor delivery
I haven't received my pillow yet despite ordering well over 2 weeks ago. No follow ups on delivery. Would not recommend this company if you need goods urgently. Update edit as requested but Revoget - my order did arrive just within their stated timescale but I ordered my cushion on 13/1/25 and it took 6 days to be shipped on 19/1/25 so do remember to add the process time onto the delivery time and don't expect it to be delivered in 7 days. Expect 14 full working days then you won't be disappointed.

We appreciate you updating the review, but we want to clarify that even though it took us a little time to process your order, it was still delivered on time. Even considering the date you placed the order, January 13, 2025, your order was delivered on January 31, 2025. Therefore, from the date you placed the order, exactly 14 business days passed. Considering that our shipments to the UK usually take 7-14 business days from the time they are shipped, your order, which was shipped on January 19, 2025, took only 10 business days. We hope you take this into account to understand that your order was delivered on time as usual.

The pillow is not for me, it gave me neck issues after using and was hot.
After letting me know i can return that stated i would have pay for return fees which coats more than pillow. Disgusting!

Ordered leg pillows - one sent to Plano, Texas and 2 sent to San Antonio, Texas. Plano received 0n 12-24-2024. San Antonio still not received 01-04-2025.
Several emails back and forth with customer service with generalized cut n paste responses "We understand your concern about not receiving your package before Christmas. We have filed a request to expedite your delivery. While some delays are occurring during this peak season, your package is in transit with no reported issues and should be delivered through normal shipping channels.We are actively working with our shipping partners to ensure all orders reach their destinations as quickly as possible."
No response from last email sent 01-02-2025.

I previously submitted a review that called this company fraudulent after I found fraudulent charges being put on my credit card with charges going to UPS internet shipping. As I was actually talking to my agent, more charges were rolling in. My bank immediately stopped any of these charges including the one to Revoget. They did respond to my review and kept in touch with me. They denied the fraudulent shipping charges. Today I did received the item ordered. I guess they were unlucky to having received my order the same day someone was having a field day making charges to a shipping company with my credit card!
So obviously they are a legitimate company selling this leg and knee pillow.
As to that item, I haven't tried it yet.

I was hacked by this company and lost $1900
I woke up on Saturday morning to this company running ads inside MY Facebook Ads account. Yes that's right. This company ran $1900 in Ads on our business credit card by hacking into our Facebook Ads account, before we were able to stop them and get them out of our account. We have reported their facebook page and amazon store as fraud, but have still not received any of the money back from Facebook.
Even when I removed them from my facebook account, I logged in only to see them in there again inviting another person to my account.
I think it's clear that this company is a complete scam and is hacking other people's accounts to promote their products.
The owner's of this company should be arrested and banned from all internet platforms.
If you see anything related to "Revoget" near you or your accounts, immediately change all your passwords, remove anyone else from your accounts, and report to Amazon, Facebook and Google.
The company will try to deny this as that’s what scammers do, but I have tons of screenshots of real genuine PROOF!
Oh yeah and I’ve lost almost $2,000 from my bank account and I have screenshots and proof of this also!
If anyone would like to see the screenshots of proof, let me know. There are many!
The fact that this company never tried to rectify this, and instead tries to deny that it happened, shows you exactly who they are.
Buyer BEWARE!
Good luck, this has been a very expensive nightmare for us!
