What a let down
What a let down after waiting two weeks for the delivery.
When I received the pillow I noticed that in the photos and the video - from the calf down to the feet are not showing in either. I also see two pillows being used to even out the legs and feet into a cushioned parallel of legs and feet. Having only one pillow does not fully accomplish the goal , and can mess with the lower half of the leg without proper support. To return it, I've been offered a 50% refund to keep it or for a full refund send it back to Spain. This pillow is not worth the trouble - oh and I now see you can buy them at big box stores for a fraction of the cost. Run don't walk from this item.

Regarding the pillow itself, we want to make sure we understand your concern about the lower leg support. Many of our customers actually use the pillow successfully without additional support on the lower part of their leg and have found great relief. We've also seen lots of customers purchase two pillows - one for between the knees and another for the ankles - which provides that full leg alignment you mentioned in the photos. We totally get that it might feel different at first! We usually encourage our customers to give it at least 14 days because there's often an adjustment period. What we've learned from thousands of customers is that most people who stick with it end up getting used to it and find it really starts helping with their pain and sleep quality. That said, we completely respect that it might not be the right fit for everyone, and we're here to help you with whatever option works best for you. Very satisfied!
This was the second leg pillow I purchased. The first, from another company, was very uncomfortable and didn’t work for me at all. I decided to try again when I saw the ad from Revoget. The ordering and delivery was easy. This pillow is perfect! It is comfortable, seems to be very well made and provided relief for me immediately! I am happily surprised at how well it is working for me!

Finally received my order
I inquired as to when I might expect my order. I was given a tracking number, so when I saw that my order was in Los Angeles, I was hoping to receive it in a day or two. No. THEY SHIPPED IT BACK TO HONG KONG!!! I followed up with another email and was told "Some of our packages headed to the US got caught up in a routine customs inspection and ended up being sent back to us by mistake." Then I found this website, and guess what? Another customer had the same problem. Everyone, please research a company before you place an order.
EDIT 9/30 - I did receive my order yesterday and the product is high-quality. Too bad the shipping is so slow.

This really works!
This really works! I have had lower back pain for years. I have tried sleeping on my back, side, front, etc. I have tried different pillows between my legs and under my legs. Nothing worked. Then I tried the Revoget pillow and I was able to sleep for hours instead of minutes. I highly recommend this for anyone with back pain.

For the first time in months
For the first time in months, I had a reasonably pain-free sleep, the first night I tried the leg pillow. I couldn't believe it and thought it wouldn't happen again. However, the following night, I used it again and woke up this morning pain-free, able to get out of bed, and even walk upright. Thank you, Revoget! And thank you, Lia, for being so kind. :)

The strap is not adjustable. It is too large, which means that it will not stay on my leg. Useless.

Revoget Alignment Pillow order
I ordered a Revoget Alignment Pillow, but unfortunately, it didn't arrive. I waited for over a month, but apparently it was held up in customs. So, I would rate my happiness with the product as a "!", since I never got it. However, LIa from customer service kept me up to date with the situation for the last couple of weeks of my waiting, and she was extremely helpful. I ended up asking for my money back, and she took care of it in a timely and thoughtful manner. I was very happy with her help. So, I would rate that part a "5". Therefore, my overall rating is a "3"/

I received my pillow about a week ago, the first night I was very impressed. That Didn’t last long. The pillow is already so flat that my knees are touching. Very disappointing!

The small miracle pillow
A product that lives up to its advertised characteristics. I truly have experienced relief from leg, hip and back pain. I feel like the pillow increases the duration of active sleep time. The soft fabric gives you comfort while going to sleep.

This cushion does exactly what it says.My sciatic nerve pain was really bad,so i ordered the pillow.It did take nearly 3 weeks to arrive,but it was worth waiting for.It arrived completely flat packed into one of those deflatable bags,which when opened the cushion inflates to its normal size.I can honestly say the pain has gone after using it for about 3 days.Very pleased with it,works well when worn right.

I feel as though I have been scammed
I have been waiting nearly two months for this item and I have yet to receive it. Obviously people who are ordering this are, as I am, in pain so the extremely long, wait time, is just ridiculous. I also emailed to inquire about why the wait time is so long and they didn't even bother to respond. I feel as though I have been scammed.

Where's my order? Why is your website not reachable, even with Chrome?
I received an email on May 9 stating my order was in transit. It is May 22 and I haven't received it. Also, when I try to access the Revoget website, it says 'this site can't be reached. The connection was reset." I got this error using Firefox and with Google Chrome. I attempted to track my order using the tracking number and clicked the link and no page loaded. So what is up? I will say, if I don't have my order delivered by 3pm CDT May 23, I am cancelling payment with my bank, or if already debited, I will pursue fraud complaint process and get my money back. This is completely ridiculous. I will NEVER ever order anything I see on F--KBook again.
