I walked into today and the staff was fantastic. Assessed my laptop issues, made some good suggestions as to how I might want to try to solve my problem in a cost-effective way myself before resorting to replacing bits in my laptop. The advice was friendly and invaluable and more importantly, they were very patient!

First made a call, the shop assistant was super polite, offered to come by to bring my phone. As soon as a got there, she continued to provide an excellent service. My phone was perfectly fixed in less than an hour, price is cheaper than expected. Very recommend

Excellent service, speedy and professional - with a smile!
In the space of a couple of weeks my Desktop PC and Laptop failed. Having spoken with the team at RMD, they suggested fixes and explained why, how it would work, what they would do and kept me up to date at all times. Even through C-19 restrictions, they were on it!
I now have 2 old machines that really do work like new. They've cleaned up all the bloatware, fixed RAM, sorted drives, serviced and spruced both.
I'm really pleased with the results and highly recommend RMD for their service and competence. Excellent work all round. Thank you.

Revive my Device are brilliant!
I have used Revive my Device on several occasions (I am obviously careless with my phone!) and on every occasion they have been terrific. Today I went in with my I-phone which seemed to have died and within moments they had brought it back to life. They really are brilliant.

I took an iPad with a smashed screen to this little shop, not expecting very much. The service I received was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I now have an iPad like new for much less than the cost of a new one.

On Friday the 9/10/20 I went to The mobile and computer repair Genies in Brockley which was recommended to me by my niece. Inside a very friendly young lady greeted me and as I explained my situation she then passed my mobile to the repairer gentleman in the back. He very kindly helped me cut the sim card to size then he transferred all my details from my old phone to the new phone. I would of never been able to do this by myself and I was truly grateful. I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody who needs help with their mobile phone.

Great service, very responsive, swapped out my old mac battery for a new one within a couple of hours. Good advice beforehand as well. Will definitely use again.

Revive my Device are fantastic!! They have managed to sort so many issues I have had with my phones from broken screens to water damage....and they always welcome you with a smile and a can do approach. I would recommend them 100% . We are so lucky to have them on our doorstep! thanks again Liz

Hopeless genius needs screen protector added on!
Very happy with their service. I was struggling to put my iphone screen protector on and one kind gentleman called me in, advised me on how to protect the phone. :-) Thanks gents. Made the whole thing look like magic
