Scum
They'll take your money and keep it for as long as possible before doing a damn thing. Sent $1200 on the 13th of october for a remote tune. took them until december 8th to only send the tool out(no wait times were discussed or shown) it wasnt until the 21st they finally sent out "instructions" after i already paid $200 for credits on the tool to use it, they tried blaming "spelling mistakes" as to why they took forver to reply and confirm my car's model ext. after 3 months of terrible communication I decided to get a refund. A month later they finally refunded some of the money, but claimed they "should have taken more" and they dont "owe" it to me. I think anyone who looks at these reveiws and the way Revhigh responds should say enough. They also try to bribe anyone who leave's a bad reveiw with $100 What a joke!

This was for a remote tune back in 2021, with a restocking fee applied after the tuning credits were used. This was a long time ago so I'm sure there was more to it but the staff member you were dealing with it has passed on, I’m sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations.

These guys do a fabulous job. Just speak to lee or allen and they will guide you through each option on your performance package, extremely busy here, had to wait 2 weeks to get a spot but very happy.

We had a carbon clean completed

Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless, I would take my car to a donkey to be worked on before I would go back to Revblow. Take money and do nothing, my car was there twice both times they said there is something wrong with it and it is untunable. One trip to another more reputable tuner and my car is perfectly tuned, making 380hp at the wheels.
And now on the 14th/05 they email me and offer money to the amount of $150 refund if I remove this post.

We’re genuinely disappointed to hear about your experience and want to take a moment to clarify a few key details.
Your booking with us was for a dyno tune only — not mechanical work. At the time, our mechanical schedule was fully booked for over two months.
When the car arrived, it was unfortunately in an untunable state. Our logs showed multiple misfires, fuel-related codes on the dash, and visible smoke from the catch can. There were also MAF sensor faults and a vacuum leak we identified through a smoke test.
Since the camshaft installation was done by yourself, we had concerns that it may not have been degree’d correctly — which could cause further issues.
We made you aware of these problems, and you chose to pick the car up. As you'd mentioned being on a budget and a pensioner, we respected that and avoided going deeper into any mechanical work to prevent unexpected costs.
You later told us you had replaced several components (coil packs, MAF, throttle body, etc.) and had the car running better. We booked you back in for April 7. When it became clear that your car might be stuck here over the Easter break, we advised moving the booking — which understandably frustrated you. You requested a refund of the initial $200 booking fee.
While we initially declined the refund due to the time and tuning credits already spent, we later offered the full refund and transferred it after receiving your bank details.
You also mentioned that you installed a cam package without replacing the timing chain, gears, or oil pump. Given the vehicle’s age, that raised some concern for us — we would strongly recommend addressing those components.
We’re sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations and that it ended on a sour note. However, we believe the review doesn’t accurately reflect the full context, especially considering the refund and the condition the car arrived in.
