Timely
I helped set this up for my mom via The Salvation Army. The company we were set up with was great. Constant updates regarding pick up were sent. Even a final text with the exact pick up window time. They even called my mom to let her know they were on their way. The driver Moises was very nice and kind to my mom. They arrived in a timely manner and were very nice and quick to remove the item we needed.

It worked great. Easy to make appointment. Communication was great.We were kept informed on the driver’s arrival and he came right on time. We were even informed as to where and when are donation arrived. Great service!

Five bags of donations picked up…quickly
I was able to get my donations picked up the same day and time slot I requested. What made it a great experience was although my donation was sizeable and the first Driver did not have ample room, a second Drive was dispatched and on the way five minutes later. This made for an all-around positive expereince.

Hauling team was extremely unreliable
Hauling team was extremely unreliable. Showed up with a truck that was too small and with insufficient time to get everything to the donation center before closing. Had to return next day. Despite promising to show "first thing in the AM," did not arrive until almost noon. Was nonresponsive to texts/phone calls until the 3rd or 4th attempt. Complete lack of awareness about the stress involved in coordinating logistics for a move, even though they were well aware we were moving.

Great Service
The booking process was incredibly easy, and the drivers were communicative and punctual. From arrival to departure, the collection process for my donation took under 30 minutes. I’ll definitely donate through ReSupply again.

The absolute best pick-up and charity donation service. Easy to schedule, confirmed pick-up and arrived on time. Charges for service were incredibly reasonable and saved me a ton of time trying to find charities to deliver items to.

Extremely satisfied!
1. The online reservation platform was user friendly and streamlined. 2. Text and email updates were very helpful. 3.Adam called to let me know that the drivers were on their way. Drivers Rodney and Fidel arrived promptly and were very neat, professional and friendly. The additional 2 gentlemen/ moving helpers removed furniture expeditiously and with care.
4. All additional charges (not included in the original quote) were clearly explained to me and seemed fair.
5. I had a bit of a technical glitch when entering my payment information; Rodney was very knowledgeable and helped me resolve it.
I would like to thank resupply for their overall professionalism and courteousness. I will certainly recommend your services!
