Donating my couch to Habitat for Humanity was a simple online process and easy to book. The movers were very punctual and completed the job in less than 10 minutes.

That said, be prepared for the contract movers to up charge you on the estimate. In my case, the movers declined to use my condo elevator and then charged me for moving the couch down the stairs. Additionally, while my estimate to move the couch was quoted at $140, the movers charged additional money because the couch required two people to move it, which is disingenuous at best considering every couch requires two people and my couch actually comes in two pieces that could be moved by an individual person (I personally moved it myself for them to pick up outside my condo). Total upchargjng resulted in $100 more charges to donate an item for charity.

The final bill was presented AFTER they completed the job so something for anyone considering to be aware of.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience with ReSupply and their wonderful staff! From start to finish, the team was incredibly friendly, professional, courteous, and helpful. They did an amazing job coordinating the pickup of my donated items for Habitat for Humanity, and I was truly impressed by how efficiently and respectfully they handled everything. The staff arrived on time, worked quickly and carefully, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. It was clear they genuinely cared about providing great service and supporting Habitat for Humanity's mission. The movers were excellent. It was your customer service person who unintentionally or intentionally did not list all the items we discussed during our 20 min+ conversation. The driver arrived reviewed the list and the bill went $200 more than quote because the representative failed to list all the things discussed. It felt like a bait and switch. Disappointed with the customer service experience.

Arranging for pickup on line was easy. The crew showed up on time. It was great.

I noted one six piece sectional — chosen from multiple choice so there’s no confusion. They quoted $286. When they arrived they said it would cost $486 because it was so many pieces and claimed I only wrote 2 pieces. They also gave me an 8-12 window of pick up and didn’t show up until 5 pm.

They were efficient and careful in picking up my donation.

The entire transaction from beginning to end was an easy process. I used the online system to donate my items, set up the pick up date alone with paying the reservation fee. The driver called in advance to confirm the estimated time of arrival. The movers were punctual, quick and professional. A great experience!
