The communication about drivers
The communication about drivers, time of arrival etc was great. The only concern was that the original estimate was much lower and actual higher than planned. I understood the breakdown but wish initial estimate had been closer. But the overall experience was really good

ReSupply is ideal for furniture donations
The Reasupply truck arrived during the stated time in email. The driver sent a text saying they were on the way. The driver and helper were in uniform with a very clean appearance. They were at my house to pickup two living room chairs and two ottomans which only took ten minutes to load into the truck. The guys were polite and thanked me for using ReSupply to make my donations. Later that afternoon I got a text telling me my donation tax form was ready. I was impressed with the guys that came for the pickup and will definitely use ReSupply again.

The whole process was very smooth
The whole process was very smooth, from my initial call up to Atlas arriving at the site. We had just the right amount of communication confirming everything throughout the process. Joe and Chris from Atlas were very professional and efficient. They came in, confirmed everything that needed to be picked up and revised the quote right on the spot for the things we added. They were also very considerate of the moving company that showed up at the same time to move furniture. Everyone worked well together. I would definitely recommend Resupply to anyone looking to donate large items.

I thought the driver was supposed to come up to my apartment and take the bags downstairs - instead you sent an uber parcel service and I had no help taking large bags downstairs
