New Restore customer - very happy.
Have just switched over to Restore for all our waste management needs, following a disappointing drop in standards and increase in costs from a long time contractor. Have dealt with Kate H throughout, who is incredibly knowledgeable on all aspects of waste streams and their management, which has allowed us to bring everything under one roof with Restore. Has made life so much easier to manage, ensure compliance and also brought costs down. Massively appreciative of Kate's assistance in getting this all sorted, through what could have been a painful process, switching waste contractors.

Thank you Retore and Chloe
Thank you, Restore.
I chose Restore for the secure and certified shredding and destruction of our outdated IT equipment.
I obtained quotes from three companies and, price-wise, Restore was comparable with another provider. However, the deciding factor was that Restore was the only company that consistently kept in touch and followed up throughout the process.
Having worked in customer service all my life, I know that good communication is one of the key reasons customers return, regardless of the industry.
Chloe Tellitt, thank you for your time, patience, and excellent support throughout. You are a real asset to both your team and Restore.
J Clarke, the collection driver, was quick, efficient, and very friendly. Thank you for making the collection process so straightforward.
The service was fast, professional, and completely hassle-free.
Thank you again.

Exceptional service in every way!
We were moving offices and had a short window in which to do so and have all remaining items removed/ discarded from the old office. We needed 18 bags of confidential waste collected. After phoning a few similar companies Restore were able to offer a quicker turnaround at a reasonable price, they dropped off their branded waste bags with clear details of what's acceptable to put in the bags prior to collection and showed up at 9am the next morning to remove the waste to be destroyed. We received a certificate of destruction a day or two later and payment online was easy and hassle free. Richard Jones and Jim Burns, thank you for 'restoring' my faith is great service.. professional, friendly and effective! Highly recommended.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish
We recently engaged Restore Datashred as our confidential waste provider and were extremely impressed with the service received throughout the onboarding process.
