Due to extreme weather I’d had some unfortunate issues with part of my order but the customer services was incredible and rectified it all the very same day, I can’t recommend this entire company enough

Disappointed
Overall, a speedy delivery and most of the items were great. I was very disappointed with the locusts I received, they were a lot smaller than I thought they would be (ant size) and there weren't the amount stated on the site, i paid for the box of 100, there was about 20 in it. Most of the ones in the box of "34" I bought were dead, there was around 10 still alive. I wont be ordering live food again from here though, I think I will go elsewhere.

I have still not received my Bearded Dragons food which should have arrived on Friday but ROYAL MAIL ONCE AGAIN ARE ALLEGEDLY HAVING DELIVERY PROBLEMS!!! They'll be of no use come Monday...
