Full disclosure, I’m getting access to another manual by leaving this review. However, thus far, the product is solid. I'm using the manual to replace my front wheel bearings, so I can definitely appreciate their step-by-step instructions with pictures and torque values. I can also speak to the customer service when inquiring on their products… it was exceptional! I was planning to paste the entire interaction but it won’t take. Ultimately, the customer service rep sent me 704 words that were directly tailored to address my specific questions. They even went into my vehicle's manual to give me an overview of the bearing procedure I’m interested in. The customer service alone was enough for me to take a chance on the manual. Besides, the Honda website charges $1600 a year for access, while this website charges $40.

The checkout process was decent enough. I will check back later to see about upping to yearly as I got the monthly for now. It has all of the manuals that I need for the vehicles in my garage, so, so far, so good. The load time between diagrams (which is what I need this for) is a little slow, but the images are high resolution (helpful for tracing, though they are color coded). Going through the parts, depending on the size of the list, the loading times vary. Going in to specific parts, the load times are pretty steady at about less than or equal to 1 second (this platform doesn't like symbols...). They even have recalls and TSBs in here, which is great because I forgot a specific on that I need the part for (I can get the part for like $20 and do it myself when the stealership wants like $500 to do it...).

You won't find a more complete service manual than this one from Surge. Very affordable knowledge. Easy access to the answers you need to do the repair correctly. I couldn't feel more confident about doing professional level automotive projects. Thank you Surge!

Just started using the manual but so far it seems very complete and instructive.

I just purchased this online truck manual, and the navigation is from the 80's. They advertise that this is a repair manual, but there is nothing in their manual that tells you anything. No component diagrams, lists of part numbers, no guidance on any repairs.
