Hello, thank you for this feedback. We're sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with your purchase. To be clear, our product isn't a PDF and we don't advertise it as one. Our product is web-based, so it avoids the common problems with PDFs (incomplete information, lack of updates, no service bulletins, etc.). That being said, you can save information for later by printing any page. You can also do "Print to PDF" in your browser to easily get the information into a PDF form. If you requested a refund and didn't receive one, please reach out to us again at support@repairsurge.com so we can investigate. We have a money-back guarantee that covers situations like this, and we stand by our guarantee. Please reach out at your earliest convenience. Thank you, and we hope to hear from you soon.

I like that it has most service and torque specs. It helps to have trusted torque specs so I can reference them. I like the number of vehicles; my business will use this a lot for the convenience of not having to type every little thing for every vehicle.
