They haven’t stood behind me..
So I went through this site to get my car fixed. They recommended link automotive in Charleston wv. My car was there for 5 months and the garage told me they couldn’t fix it. I had to pay $400 to a tow truck to get it there. Now I have to pay more then that to get it to next destination. I feel that repairpal should def pay my tow bill to get it to another shop since the shop they GUARANTEED me would fix my problem, DID NOT FIX ANYTHING.. I have emailed repair pal a few times but they are not doing any about this.. Had I not trusted them and paid 400 bucks to get my car to their garage, I wouldn’t be paying it again to get it to another..

Hi TJ! I'm so sorry that this wasn't a smoother repair experience for you. It looks like we did have an open case ticket on our side, but weren't able to reach you. We'd still like to help, if possible, so I'm going to reopen this ticket and see what we're able to do here!
