Had my first lymphatic drainage massage with Keyla (I hope I spelt the name right) and she was fantastic. Played some nice music too not your typical massage tunes. Knowledgable and I’ll be back again. One thing I noted - I felt a bit cold so the room could be warmer but it is minus degrees outside!

Kaia was professional, friendly, and above all extremely talented. She asked if I had any particular areas of concern before starting the Deep Tissue Massage, she was very attentive, and tailored the treatment specifically. Would highly recommend! Will be back again soon!

Best massage I've ever had.

Joel managed to fit me in for an emergency session to help sort my back! He was fantastic, worked his magic with a mixture of massage, cupping and cryotherapy. I was tender after but it worked! I will definitely be back and highly recommend. Thank you

Jude is excellent, gave me great advice to maintain and improve.

This was the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. To start, it was a brightly lit sterile room - my GP has more ambiance. The table was unsteady and only had a slip of paper for sanitary purposes and a small towel, nothing for comfort or privacy. The masseuse seemed rigid and possibly new, I told him my issues with leg tightness but ended up leaving in more pain, and with multiple bruises on my legs. And weirdly, I was never flipped over (oddly grateful as at least my front side is bruise-free).

I had a lovely massage with Raqueeb. It really was in depth and relieved my killer knots ( they were awful and causing me pain ). It was a bit painful as expected but Raqueeb applied less pressure or used other things to help relieve my knots in a less painful way. A fantastic Sports massage I could not have asked for more. Raqueeb was patient even with my baby he amused her when she got a bit fed up and he was helpful and knowledgeable. A great experience at this salon

I had booked a lymphatic drainage massage but as we went on we focussed on some deep tissue massage as well because he could tell that’s what I needed. What a great experience would 100% recommend.

My new favourite spot in South London! I’ve had two sports massages (from different therapists) and both were extremely professional! I’ve been having trouble with a few injuries, including Achilles Tendonopathy, and the therapist was knowledgeable and made helpful recommendations. Highly recommend!

Amhoy was absolutely amazing, she is clearly a gifted therapist. The massage was so relaxing and helped to relieve tension in my lower back. The venue was also a really nice space. I will be back!

Very happy customer. I gifted a voucher for Renuvenate and was slightly reluctant to use somewhere new but I was pleasantly surprised. Prior to my treatment on the day I had a very helpful conversation with Tobi (owner, I think) helping me through the booking process and answering questions I had relating to the service I was choosing. This was super helpful and helped me feel so much more at ease.
On the day my therapist was Jude, he was very, pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He definitely made me feel relaxed throughout. A very pleasant experience from start to finish. Will definitely be going back. 100% recommendation!
