This was booked for my son who is an Academy Football Player, he trains extremely hard and needed a recovery session to help rejuvenate his tired & achy muscles; he was not disappointed by Renuvenate.

The full body massage, compression stockings, cupping and cryotherapy was definitely needed after a intense training session which left him leaving feeling relaxed and pain-free.

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and gave great advice on self care for athletes & non athletes.

My daughter suffers from lower back pains, she tried the wet cupping, she was amazed at how she felt afterwards and has vowed to return for further treatment.

This is definitely something that we would recommend for all, what a fantastic service.

Excellent experience, I was made to feel really comfortable when having my pregnancy massage. The room was nice and warm and was presented with a very comfortable pregnancy pillow. My therapist was very considerate and made sure I was comfortable and gave my consent throughout my massage. Would definitely go again!

I enjoyed a lovely relaxing Pregnancy massage today. The room was lovely and warm and there was a super comfy pregnancy pillow to help me get settled. I felt listened to by the therapist who checked on the pressure throughout. I actually fell asleep at one point it was so relaxing. Many thanks! :)

Today was my second appointment with Renuvenate I can’t recommend this place enough.Mehdi is very knowledgeable,professional, kind and really takes time to learn about the issue and understand what is the cause of pain.He suggested the most suitable treatments for my hip pain,upper back and neck.It was my first time trying acupuncture treatment and I am glad I did.I felt immediate relief from the pain and will definitely do it again.There are plenty of treatments available and to chose from so I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is suffering from pain or discomfort! Had a Mobility Session with Mehdy today and it was amazing. I had issues with my shoulder due to playing tennis and he did a range of stretches which helped improve my range of motion instantly. He is knowledgeable and explains the theory behind what he’s doing. I’ll be coming back twice a month going forward

Great experience this morning at Renuvenate. Mehdi is a physio and sport masseuse in one and made a huge improvement to my shoulder pain. Great customer service all round. I look forward to being a repeat customer.

I had a pregnancy massage with Claudia on Saturday and it was AMAZING. The most relaxed I’ve felt in months, so much so I fell asleep! She was really knowledgeable and seemed like she knew exactly what she was doing, and she kept checking the pressure which I really appreciated. Will definitely back next month for another one.
