Brak zwykłego ludzkiego zrozumienia do klienta. W dniu planowanego przyjazdu do zarezerwowanej nieruchomości u syna pojawiły sie oznaki choroby - lekarz stwierdził ospe. Dzwoniąc na infolinię z prośbą o bezkosztowe anulowanie lub chociaz zmianę terminu pobytu usłyszałem, ze polityka firmy nie pozwala na to. Nadmienię, ze na kolejne dni wyjazdu mialem inną rezerwacje u prywatnego wlasciciela i tam bez problemu zwrócono koszty rezerwacji. Dziękuję, wiecej nie skorzystam i bede juz tylko rezerwował bezpośrednio u właścicieli nieruchomości bo tam przynajmniej w razie problemu "mozna sie dogadac".

Biznes zupełnie nie opłacalny stawki jakie dostaniesz po odliczeniu kosztów śmiesznie niskie. Schody zaczynają się jak chcesz zrezygnować z współpracy z nimi.Firma zgubiła cały komplet kluczy problem mają z dorobieniem ich. Sprawa zniszczeń biurko ktoś po nim skakał , listwy przypodłogowe z twardego pcv uszkodzenia na 3 cm, obrazy które sami kazali kupić uszkodzone, zginął korek i listwa do odpływu liniowego za wszystko to nie chcą oddać ani grosza normalne użytkowanie według nich.Całe mieszkanie brudne mam zdjęcia Masakra
Trzymajcie się z daleka od Rentujemy. Postaram się jeszcze wstawić ostrzeżenia na innych forach

Nie polecam Rentujemy jako właściciel mieszkania.

Wypłaty były terminowe, ale sposób zarządzania lokalem pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Zniszczenia i braki w wyposażeniu były traktowane jako „normalne zużycie”, a koszty napraw przerzucane na mnie. Brakowało realnej kontroli nad stanem technicznym mieszkania.

Przy zakończeniu umowy firma nie dopełniła obowiązków – nie ustaliła terminu zdania lokalu, a w dniu wygaśnięcia umowy w mieszkaniu nadal przebywali goście. Lokal został przekazany po terminie i w bardzo złym stanie (brud, pleśń, uszkodzenia, braki w wyposażeniu). Odmówiłam podpisania protokołu. Na dalsze zgłoszenia firma przestała odpowiadać.

Moje doświadczenie było bardzo stresujące i rozczarowujące.

Misleading pricing and lack of basic customer care.

The advertised price was far from the actual amount charged, with significant additional fees hidden in small print. The final cost was much higher than what was initially shown.

I contacted them immediately after booking, explaining it was a mistake and that I could not afford the total amount, but they refused to help or offer any solution.

This approach feels unfair and shows a complete lack of empathy towards customers. I would strongly advise others to double-check the final price before booking.

O ile komunikacja była dobra , to problemy związane z najemcami trochę doprowadzały mnie do ....
Ale najważniejsze , kiedy postanowiłem zrezygnować ze współpracy , to dopiero zaczęły się schody .
Rentujemy ,nie pomaga w tym zakresie . Sami nie wiedzą jakie są procedury

Be careful of Rentujemy / UWAGA na Rentujemy

first offering old apartments with old stinky furniture its pictures from Warsaw Powisle apartment Solec street 63 a its ild terrible communist building in apartment was terrible smell, no chance to get new one or some discount , smart pictures offering terrible flats in high price

Second low response or no response if you complaint they record number and by tricky smart automatic system drop off calls no chance to get help

Third on booking ( of course they will not help you too ) its not saying after you pay - you need to pay more money to Rentujemy 500 pln - 120 euro as illegal deposit , nobody checking apartment with you everything even was in terrible condition no hand over , but you need to pay as their website will not give you access codes its so smart design then Rentujemy can accuse you for damages

Revising my original review. The apartment we are staying in is great. However, the customer service really went downhill after check in. The agent who helped me with my initial booking was great. But getting help afterwards has been like pulling teeth. I email the appropriate email and get zero response. I message them on WhatsApp and Instagram and they become nonresponsive. Its going on 2 weeks since I sent my request for help and its still not resolved. This has happened several times throughout our stay. I cannot even imagine what they would be like if I had a maintenance emergency. Now because they screwed me, my kids, and dog over, I have to find another place to stay when our current booking ends because of their lack of response to my requests for help since October 9th. Additionally, I have Gold membership and means priority support. That did not happen whatsoever. I would not recommend using their service.

EDIT TO ADD:

When I reached out via email and WhatsApp there were no other bookings. It was clear to do a booking for the timeframe I was looking to do. There was not another booking for the dates until today, 10/19. But I originally reached out for assistance on 10/9 to extend my booking. Your company did not reach out during any of those times I requested assistance via email nor WhatsApp .

After me trying to reach out to this company for weeks, they did not reach out to me until after I posted this review claiming someone from "Guest Relations specialist" would be reaching out. Its going on over 24 hours and nothing yet. They also reached out through the same email address I have been emailing.

A wonderful and quiet place. The hosts are very nice and easy to communicate with — they respond quickly to any questions. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment has a great location, close to the city center, and it’s very pleasant to walk around the area. Everything was clean and comfortable, we felt at home. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back again!

Wszystko było w jak najlepszym porządku. Od zameldowania, aż po pobyt końcowy. Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Bardzo pomocna obsługa.

Zdecydowanie nowa jakoś na rynku obsługi wynajmu krótkoterminowego - pozytywne zaskoczenie pod każdym względem po wcześniejszej współpracy z główną firmą na rynku, która zostawiła mieszkanie zdewastowane i odmówiła pokrycia kosztów, które bezpośrednio wynikają z umowy.

Tym razem mieszkanie jest od początku w pełni obłożone, przychody wyższe a przede wszystkim bieżący kontakt (najczęściej z p. Adrianem Sz.) na rewelacyjnym poziomie. Mieszkanie jest utrzymane w świetnym stanie a wszelkie problemy adresowane natychmiast i z bardzo dużą starannością i proaktywnością.

Zdecydowanie polecam i cieszę się na dalszą współpracę!
