Before signing up they say the documents you have are valid and then after you sign up, they say they're not and they can't issue a refund due to their terms of service. So sketchy, I would not recommend them at all.

We’re sorry for the frustration this caused. To report rent, we’re required to complete identity and document verification using standards set by the credit bureaus. In this case, the documents provided did not meet those requirements, which prevented us from moving forward with reporting.
Our verification requirements and refund eligibility are outlined in our Terms of Service and FAQs, including situations where refunds are not available when verification cannot be completed. That said, if you’re able to provide valid documentation that meets the requirements, we’d be happy to revisit your account and try again.

Score went up within days of signing up.
They were very prompt in reporting to the credit bureaus and my score did go up a decent amount within about two days of signing up. There was a billing mix-up, in which I used a code to use “smartpay” and pay my annual fee in installments. I was charged the full amount anyway despite the checkout page saying that I would be charged the much smaller installment fee. I have yet to hear back from customer support about it to the best of my knowledge.

Regarding SmartPay: just to clarify, SmartPay applies only to the enrollment fee, not to the annual plan itself. That’s why the full annual charge went through at checkout. That said, if you’d prefer to switch to a monthly plan, we’re happy to refund the annual payment and set you up on the monthly option instead.

Being Transparent is the Norm today, you should try it, it works.
I was just notified Via email informing me that they could not report my past rental payments to the bureaus without additional documentation. In their advertising they fail to tell you that property ownership documents signed by the owners, a contract document between the property manager and property owner, some sort of tax paperwork and insurance documents. My property owners would not provide personal ownership documents just to help one man improve his credit. They make it sound so simple until they get your money. I've sent several emails requesting cancellation and to issue my refund. So they charged me a second payment of 31.65 and have done nothing, NOTHING on my behalf. You can't get someone on the phone an when you chat, they will end the chat abruptly an tell you, you have times out. I'm going to reach out to them again tomorrow requesting my refund for 2 months of NO service. If they refund I'll post it, if not I will post very negative reviews on endless platforms every week until I get tired. They say, it's simple, when they should tell you it's not simple. RentReporters are very professional and very responsive. I get a quick response each time I call in. They worked very fast to get me verified and approved and alerted me once the 3 credit bureau received my report. So far so great my score went up 15pts and it’s once been a couple weeks

Misleading information all through the process, they don't answer the phone. they disconnect from the chats. Worst service. Tey said they reported to my all three bureaus and Equifax said they don't participate with Rent reporters.

After about 3 days my landlord was contacted, my rent was verified and 8 days after signing up it was on my credit report!
This is major for credit especially on time payments and history boost!!!!! If that’s what you need this is 100% for you. It’s basically a very cheap tradeline!!!!!!!!!!
