However, we would like to make it clear for future readers that all insurance options and related charges are fully described in our Terms & Conditions (Article 19), which are presented and accepted before finalizing any booking. Optional upgrades are only processed after customer agreement at check-in — not unilaterally.
We have already clarified all relevant points with you directly via email and provided full transparency regarding your signed agreement and the services rendered.
While we respect every customer's right to share their opinion, we strongly disagree with any public characterization that misrepresents facts. We remain available at support@rentcar.gr should you wish to revisit the matter constructively.
