We had a blocked drain
We had a blocked drain. After being given the runaround by other companies - yes someone will definitely come out today, except they didn't - we got onto Jamie; fortunately he was nearby, came out straight away, sorted the problem and charged us a lot less than the quotes from the other firms who had not shown up. He was friendly, efficient and courteous and we have his number in our (short) list of reliable tradesmen. We will have no hesitation in calling him if we have a similar problem

Really prompt and efficient service.
Jamie responded immediately to an urgent call to unblock pipe. He was friendly, efficient and professional. Used pipe camera to show me problems and offered solutions which I will take up. Outstanding service and will recommend to everyone.

Excellent! He responded to an urgent need for repair immediately. He provided a thorough analysis of the problem in the drainage. He talked me through the problem and gave me a tactile problem to resolve this issue. Very experienced, good work ethic, professional in his conduct and very well presented. Highly recommended!

Jamie is very hard working, always conscious of doing a very high standard of work but also being considerate and ensuring the customer doesn't incur any unnecessary costs. We had a blocked loo so was recommended reno drain , Jamie arrived within the hour found the problem and cleared it quickly, also showed me photos of the issue and has offered to come back and fix it for a good price . Very efficient and polite would def recommend
