I spoke with Hannah today for recommendations on a ring i was looking at and within seconds everything i needed to know to make sure the ring was up to par as far as standards go! And what the typical range was without her i would have gotten the wrong width for the size diamond i chose. I hit up their jewelry sale, which was amazing. Reasonably priced items. The sale items were sent out to me super fast. I got them within a week. Sent through fedex. Ordered one ring not on the sale it's an eternity band I'm waiting on it to come however I sent a email I'm asking for an estimated arrival date and the next day they sent me an email right back letting me know what process my ring was in and went to expect it.
