Ordered a pair of pink sapphire earrings for my wife’s 40th birthday. The end of quoted shipping estimate when ordering was a week before her birthday. Despite numerous conversations with their support, it was stuck in QC for over week and shipped the day before her birthday. I had requested an upgrade to overnight shipping after explaining the situation which they did, but did not add Saturday delivery option (her birthday was on a Saturday) so it wasn’t delivered on time. After getting the pre-tracking information and seeing the Saturday option was not added, I contacted them again and they told me there was nothing they could do, even though the package had not been picked up yet.

Ordered 2 ctw sapphire studs after searching for some unique studs for a few months. Found Renaissance and received excellent communication before and after purchase. A representative was always available to speak to regarding any questions and timeline. Beyond pleased with the purchase and will certainly come back to purchase again

My amethyst ring is just beautiful. I loved that as it was being made, I received photos of it and when it was done it shipped instantly. It’s so pretty and well-made that I ordered two more (different stones and style) to stack. The variety of stones, cuts, colors, metals, and styles that Renaissance offers is terrific - everything is beautiful. The hardest thing was choosing!

I was extremely skeptical making a large purchase for several thousand dollars on a diamond ring online. Was the diamond going to be to my specifications I requested and was the setting going to look as good as the pictures? My experience with Renaissance Jewel is outstanding. I have purchased 2 lab created diamond earrings and just recently a ring. Their stones are breathtaking and sparkle like real diamonds or better in my opinion. On many items you have a choice between sterling silver, yellow, rose, white gold even platinum. The quality and value is excellent without the high price tag. If I have a question I can message them and a friendly associate answers quickly. I am so happy I found their website.
