Helpful and efficient
Skip was easy to order and arrived when requested. Good communication between between the company and myself. Delivery driver has polite and efficient. Collection was also easy to arrange and communication was effective again. I did get a call from the company after it had been collected to ask me when I wanted it collected which was a bit of a surprise though. All easily sorted in the end.

Efficient telephone booking system
The telephone booking system and information provided was efficient. However this was slightly spoiled by a very poor telephone connection.
This could perhaps have been improved by offering an online booking system.

I wouldnt thrust this firm
I wouldnt thrust this firm, they sent us small skip despite we have requested 5m long skip and they overcharge us, other local firms allow 4 weeks collection, they dictated 1 week and requester more monies despite we have already been overcharged!

Great service
Great service, fast delivery but if I’m honest it was a little expensive, (well over £300 pounds). Would I use your company again, probably, but I would do a little more research price wise.

A stress free experience.
My initial phone enquiry was answered by a very helpful and polite person. I asked for a skip to be delivered as early as possible and it arrived before 7am, being put in position in a matter of minutes. I was not present when the skip was collected but the whole experience was completely stress free.
