Avoid - expensive and incompetent
I had a really frustrating experience with this company. I paid over £500 for a skip, only to be told later that they hadn’t applied for the required permit in time, despite me emailing them to let them know this needed to be done in good time. The council needs 5 working days - I’ve had many skips before.
The only time I got any clear information was when I chased them by phone, and that’s when I found out they had missed the permit cut-off. As a result, I’m now left without a skip and unable to get one until after the bank holiday, which has completely disrupted my plans.
To make matters worse, I’ve had to request a refund, and I’m being told it could take up to 10 days to process, after they’ve already taken a significant amount of money upfront.
Overall, very poor communication and service. I would not recommend based on my experience.

I was under the impression my skip…
I was under the impression my skip would be with me early in morning. I had arranged for family to help me. When calling to confirm the said time, I was informed it would not arrive till the afternoon. I was disappointed as my help could only help me till luch time. However, as i had broken down the waste prior to the dilivery the
gentleman who delivered the skip supported me in filling the skip, which took less than 15 minute. Thank you to the gentleman for your support

The skip hasn't arrived yet but booking…
The skip hasn't arrived yet but booking the right size for the stuff we are removing was quick and informative. The cost of the Council permit for the skip had gone up, but they contacted us to advise and sorted it out ahead of time. Great.

Excellent info on email Great service beware no permitted items
Excellent info on email. Quick council permit for skip on the street and skip delivery. Sensible advice on size of skip required and permitted on location of skip. Driver was efficient and friendly.
Only issue is scary list of items not permitted in skip and charges if others likely to dump their waste in your skip!
